2. Hi Mark, I've found your clips on Soundcloud, comparing Max's pedals. I don't suppose you can let me know what clip relates to what pedal? I'm struggling to find vid's or soundclips of the Red, Black and Fuzz. Many thanks Chris
3. Eddie sorted a pedal sale for me with one of his non-BC buddies. An absolute pleasure. Cheers mate!
4. Bump... ump... mp... p Get your floaty Floydy or rockabilly slapback fix right here, right now. Happy Christmas!
5. Afraid not. I couldnt find one to fit when I bought it. I'm removing it from sale though, I can't let this go at £210, sorry. Chris
6. My B7K arrived today (thanks Mark). 2 hours later I've managed to dial in everything I've ever wanted and some. I can't believe how much extra the EQ brings to the table over the standard B3K. The way the EQ interacts with the drive and blend knobs seems to give limitless options. So far, I'm very happy with this.
7. Crikey. Someones getting a bargain!
8. OK, one last bump before Christmas... I used this in a band situation last night, first time it's been out of my house! Our drummer used to play in a Ledzep covers band, so he's not known for his quiet drumming. Last night's practice is still ringing in my ears. I used this Micro VR - gain at noon, master volume at 10:00. I scooped the mids for a few numbers and then boosted the mids and highs for a few numbers that needed a more jangly tone. It coped with everything. Even when the drummer got really heavy I nudged the master vol to 10:30 and the guys are starting to question why I needed to buy a new rig to replace this one! We tried a new reggae cover last night and after a fiddle with the EQ, I had our practice room shaking. One of the guys mentioned that it felt like the James Blake set we saw at a festival this summer (well, a bit anyway!). Those 210's a amazing little cabs. I wish i could afford to keep this. Someone needs this - treat yourself!
9. Thank you, that TC looks well worth a look.
10. As new in box, couple of months old. Couple of tiny marks on pedal but from a foot away, looks brand new. [s]£135.00[/s] £125.00 delivered (or may consider trades). 11. As new, immaculate, £75.00 posted 'Signed For' delivery, (or £80.00 Special Delivery if you want quicker). The best noise gate out pedal out there. Easy to set up and use, does the job amazingly well, but I don't need the job doing any more! Built like a tank, thick shiny chrome finish. Got the box too. Lots of reviews around, here are a few. Cheers Chris
12. Don't really know about delay pedals. I've had a Google, but didn't come up with anything. Is there a delay pedal that can will continue to sound the repeated note until the next note is struck? Cheers Chris
13. £190 including special delivery, get it in time for Christmas bump.
14. OK. I reckon it's too close to Christmas to sell something like this but I've advertised in a few other places as I need to get this out of my house. Here is one last bump in 2011! C'mon. An amazing sounding, lightweight, pristine 200w (sounds louder!) Ampeg rig for not a lot of money. Happy Christmas! Chris
15. I toyally agree that the VT Bass is a wonderful pedal, however, where it I think it differs, and I think it's an important difference, is that I believe the Darkglass pedals don't emulate anything, it's just the sound of your amp. I love the sound of my amp. I also love the sound of my VT Bass pedal, but my amp wins it!
16. Ha! Yes, hopefully some of the stuff I have for sale will go soon. Otherwise the kids will be having a Ben10 free Christmas!
17. Thank you both very much for the quick replies gentlemen. It's slowly sinking in!
18. I've just got my first 'seperates' rig after working with a PJB combo. Ive just spent an hour reading through the impedance pinned post. I think I get it. My head is a MarkBass TTE500, 500w@4 ohms, 300w @ 8ohms. Ive got two Vanderkley 112MNT's, 8 ohms. The head has two Speakon outs. Should I run one cable into each cab or can I run into one cab and then from the first cab into the second and still get my 500w? It's the series / parallel thing that's confusing me! Cheers Chris
19. I'm afraid it's a MarkBass TTE 500, very few 'holes' in it!
20. Thank you for the advice. I'll be very careful! Cheers Chris
21. Can I use one of these (it's an ebay link) to put my drum machine and bass through my amp at the same time? Cheers Chris
