Hi I just get a old Avon rose morris short scale. Which is a copy of a Gibson .its a good little bass but it sound is not good and I think its a bit weak sounding. So anyone knows were I can get a new pick up for it and what are the best strings to on please let me know. Thanks

Hi im from Nottingham been playing for 6 years ive been in a band for 3 months I got a 100 Watt fender amp and a aria bass. I've got a Avon short scale bass that dont sound too good I thank it needs a new pick up .so if you know anything about pick ups please let me know Cheers Martin
