I think the Precision prides itself on simplicity. I don't think it needs to be any better. Jazzes are nuts and flashy. How about that red Celinder (sp?), I think CK owns it.

I'm surprised BassChat doesn't do awards yet with yearly recommendations. I thought we could shake up the market a bit by discovering a few unknown gems and destroying stereotypes. Best value at various levels, best looker, bass of the year, amp of the year, life-time award etc. Maybe some comedy ones too. A chance for voting? Perhaps if not for 2007; ongoing threads with suggestions for 2008? Thoughts?
