3. Lovely bass - I remember this being featured in Bassist magazine - I am pretty sure it had a gold Splate - is the current black one the original one?

5. Hey - whereabouts in Essex are you from? Jay
6. Yo Z - there's so many variations of it this bass. What one do you have?
7. Hi guys, sorry for not responding to PMs as promptly as I'd have hoped to. Been away playing and in all honesty completely forgot about the listing. Decided to keep the DI pedal as I've been using it over the past few days. The others are still available though. Cheers for all the interest and PMs. Once again, apologies for lazy replies. Jay
8. Very nice - where abouts are you from?
9. Looks fantastic. Where abouts in Essex are you from?
10. Just a quickie to say I am open to offers guys. Cheers, Jay
11.
You have a PM
Replied.
12. Fellow Basschatters, Here's some pedals I no longer use. All in fine working order. Some velcro on the bottom of the pedal from where it had been stuck to my pedal board. Will come off easily enough, but have left it on as it may be of use to the next owner. Cash prefered, but PayPal also works add a few quid to the cost to cover fees though please. Firstly we have a Boss ODB3 Overdrive pedal. £45 + £5 P&P Now for the Behringer DI tone shaper (the one that's very very similar to Sansamp) £25 + £5 P&P and finally the pedal for the bassist who loves a little flange from time to time. . . £15 + £5 P&P I am open to offers. If you did want to collect, I am in Ipswich. Cheers, Jay PS - any questions, please fire away.
13. PMs replied to guys. Thanks for the interest and provisional offers etc. Regarding a trade - the thunkfunk looks pretty interesting but I'm happy amp-wise. Thank you anyway
14. Checked yer band and your profile says you're a canary!!! Boo. . . I hope you only get £249.99 now... Ha!
15. £500 for an all valve classic bass amplifier that will deliver an unmatched tone! Crazy price... this won't hang about for long. I'd have it from you, but I already have one. Good luck with the sale, but I think you'll regret selling it.
16. Here's a "just had my dinner" bump.
17. Cheers for the words Hutton. You are right, it is near on Christmas, and what better present could a bass playing friend/family member get on that special day... drop hints to yer wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, long lost uncles etc Yes, I am hoping the most generous person in the world spots this ad. Twiddles thumbs...
18. Wednesday it's-nearly-lunch-bump time... I am surprised the interest in this has been virtually non-existent. I thought £1500 for a 1973 P Bass was very reasonable price-wise?
19. Other than the fact the finish has worn away here and there (it's nearly fourty years old) There's a couple of notable marks which have been filled in. One is from what was obviously a thumb rest and the other looks like a mic stand/harmonic stand had been attached somehow. Not really that noticeable to me, but worth mentioning. Here we go
20.
Looking forward to seeing some pics, but forum rules say you must state an asking price in your post.
Yeah - I know - i was entering "tags" to the post, pressed "enter" and it posted the post. Please see all the bits n bobs. above. Ta, Jay

22. Hi fellow basschatters. Here's my 1973 Precision Bass. Serial number: 424910 Made in the Fullerton Factory in the good ol' US of A A great sounding bass, which is wonderfully light and has a awesome pick up which is lovely and responsive. I've had a few 70's P Basses before which were heavy and sounded dead. Fear not, this bass is a good un. If you're after a mint condition bass, click "back" now. This bass has been played and should continue to be, which is something I'm not doing at the moment. Notable features: Ash Body, light weight, Maple neck stamped by J. Torres, long "G" intonation bridge saddle,
