No chips or other damage.[/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]The neck joint is very good, infact better than I've seen on some USA Fenders. Hopefully you can see the detail in the photos below.[/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Some plectrum marks to pick guard but other than that, looks like new.[/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Strings are good roundwounds, don't know what make but seem like decent quality.[/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]£195.00. Good man, I enjoyed reading of your journey so far Don't think people should be sniffy about jam nights, not my sort of thing these days but they are great for broadening your knowledge and contact base, whilst enjoying yourself.

I've tried both ways on my P Deluxe. Could not hear or feel any difference at all. For those who claim to be able to hear a difference, I bet it's not in a band situation. -

Hi Mark. Having had my hands on your bass, I've got to say I thought it was a decent example and therefore very saleable. Like others have said though, now is not a brilliant time to sell, if you want to get a good return. If it's not pleasing you, move it on, life is too short to be playing an instrument that isn't quite doing it for you, when there are so many other good ones out there. Again, like others have said, put the original neck back on. Keep the vintage one for another project or move it on. Good luck and enjoy the search for the right one. It might take a while and you could go through a few more before you get there but that's all part of the fun. -
I'm tempted even though normally I'm a P bass chap through and through, much like I thought you were Loz Very nice. I would have to sell something first.
