When I was trying to sort some electrical faults on a Shroeder, I contacted Jorg Schroeder through the website, he replied very promptly and was very helpful.
Perfect, as new condition and all complete.

The second time that Kirky has purchased from me, happy to say it was as good as the first. No messing, contacted me, said he wanted the item and paid immediately.
So, as last time, I'm very happy to recommend him as a fine chap to deal with.
If you want it at a jaunty angle, then I can recommend this one: http://www.stringsdi...c-guitars-p6988
I used one in my man cave

Very tempting Gary! Still loving the 66 Jazz I bought from you man. Mmm!
Thanks Norm, that Jazz was one of the really great ones.

I've played this bass, it is a wonderful example - you won't regret it if you buy it.
Cheers, Si

Cover it in a fold of decent cardboard and some brown paper and you can ship for 2.85 as a small parcel. Padded envelopes aren't up to it

Thanks for that. I'll plan to stick with my slightly bigger box, unless anyone really needs to save just over a quid

Today was a belter. I never win anything. Ever. Period.
I am a very happy bunny right now (I would have been even happier had Chelsea not been thumped 3-0 by Arsenal!).
Cheers to Alex for bringing the cabinet in for the raffle...it'll be making its gig debut with me tomorrow night in Basingstoke for the first of the Musicians Against Homelessness/Crisis I'm doing.
Weeeeeeee!

You won, congrats, what a brilliant prize.

Hi Gary
how are are you ?
the early L2000 and the L2000E did the same thing in passive mode, no tone just two volumes.
the two outer pots were the same volume, the middle one did nothing.
a strange choice.

Not too bad now thanks Hope you're doing ok.
Thirteen hole Tort guard and screws.
Condition is very good, some slight swirling but almost as new.
£ 18.00 + post.
Postage is £ 3.95 Costly but I've allowed for a box with padding, rather than risk it getting broken in a padded envelope, which happened to one that I purchased a while back.
I'm happy for it to be collected, I'm in Herts.

The SB2 is an amazing bass. The only thing that a lot of people don't like about them is the absence of a tone knob...it has two volume ones. A small upgrade can easily rectify this...then IMO... it is as good as any Fender precision...any day.

I was concerned about the lack of a tone control but my worries were unfounded, I reckon Leo got it right. After a little experimenting and blending of the two volumes, I could get all the tonal variations that I wanted.
