1. I'm happy to recommend Gargouill. A pleasure to deal with and no messing with the payment.

3. No worries, happy to have helped.
4. I use one of these, money well spent. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Guitar-String-Action-Ruler-Gauge-Guitar-Luthier-Tool-TO36-/131787781521?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368
5. Get on to OBBM on here, top man, top prices and brilliant cables.
6. A bump and a couple more pics
7. Another bump for the Schroeder
8. I thought £50 for the complete collection, was a decent price. No takers so now just £40. Doesn't seem a lot of dosh for this amount of reading matter.
9. The deep clean, makes it a must have
10. I love vintage instruments but it has nothing to do with the fact that Jaco, James J, Duck Dunn or whoever played them back in the day.
11. Arnaud, edit the title to say, "withdrawn" and then one of us will close it for you
12. D'oh, perhaps not the best word choice It's not shot, honest. Works exactly as Jorg Schroeder intended.
13. Tweeter shot
14. A bump for the weekend.
15.
(mind you - 1973 - not exactly a classic fender year is it... I'd have been more tempted by a PEB Stingray but I was born 3 years too early)
I wouldn't take too much notice of the oft quoted, by internet experts, nonsense about 70's Fenders. I'm not saying that there weren't some shoddy ones and some heavy ones but honestly, there were plenty of really fine ones. I know that Discreet has mentioned that his one is a cracker and I also have a 74 that is one very lovely instrument.
16. Bump for what I think is a good price for this collection Maybe I will take a nearest offer.
17.
What was the bridge originally on?
It was on a Squier P bass. I think it is the same model that would be on a Fender.
18. Another view of the redness
19. This is one of the most impressive modifications to ever grace this forum. I love it and think that a modifier of the year award should be heading to Discreet towers.
20. Really looking forward to seeing this one brought back to life.
