1. Thanks for all the interest chaps. Pm's replied to. In the interest of fairness, I'm waiting for a reply back from the first responder.
2. Think I would be tempted to go with Fender 62 custom shop pups.

4.
All night long by Lionel Richie pushed me over the edge Lionel Richie for f***s sake ,
Maybe they were thinking back to the response it received at Glasto
5. Hope you thoroughly enjoy your reward.
6. I wasn't part of this test group but having just fitted a set of NYXL's to my gigging bass, wanted to report that so far I am very impressed. To date have only played the one gig, so can't comment on longevity but the sound was very pleasing to my ears. They provided the growling tone that I like, with a lovely even tone and volume across the strings. Good level of zing but not overly so. Importantly as well, they proved comfortable to play and at the end of a two hour gig my fingers were feeling just fine. Over the years I've most played steels and due to a bit of an allergy, which resulted in very sore finger tips, have stayed away from nickels. Happy to say, that I didn't suffer that reaction with these. So far then, very happy to recommend them.
7.
I blame the weed. Bloody hippies.
That's exactly what I reckon
8. Ped has kindly offered three Bass Chat polo shirts for the raffle. Once we know who the winners are, I will forward the details to Ped and the shirts will be forwarded in due course.
9. Certainly looks like it was worth the wait. Very lovely
10.
This is a beaut! Great bass too!
Thanks Time for a bump. Forgot to say in my ad that the bass has a set of the very fine Elixirs Nanowebs fitted.
11. . Just recently listened to his "if we make it through December" died on his birthday.
12. Set of Squier Tuners, Collars and screws. Excellent condition. Nothing wrong with them, not top of the range but they work just fine and keep the bass in tune. £[s]22[/s] Now just £20 posted.
