1. What a waste of good plywood
2. Hi - this is the Recycled Forum - i.e giveaway stuff or P&P charges only If you're planning to sell them, you need to repost in the Other Musical Related Items forum Cheers Dave Recycled Mod
3. We do 'School Disco' for the first and last numbers of each set, to put some energy into it - then slow fades for the rest
4. I use a Behringer F1220A http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0028GWJCG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Solid, well made, with rubber bumpers on all the corners . Loads of power (forget the 125W thing, it is seriously loud) Nice 3 way EQ. The Feedback filter actually works!!! I know Behringer doesn't get much love on here, but mine gigs regularly and I've had no trouble at all from it. Hard to beat in a 'bangs for your buck' contest
5. Sold a Yam BB400S to Christian Couldn't have wished for an easier, quick, sale. Cheers matey - hope you enjoy it
6. Sold and shortly heading for a new home in Austria
7. On hold, awaiting payment
8. Bought this chunk of Japanese quality in May, from Japanaxe of the Basschat Parish, as I regretted selling my last fretless. As it turns out, I really wanted unlined neck, and now that I have one incoming, I'm putting this feller back out there Amazing condition for a 30 year old bass. Only a few light scratches and minor dents that haven't broken the paint. Plays beautifully with what I think are Elite flatwounds on it. It has the lowest action of any bass I've owned. Simple P bass passive vol/tone pots and weighs in at 9lb 12oz for those who need to know that stuff. Full working order. Checkout my feedback etc etc :-) Selling it for £175 delivered to a UK address, which is basically what I paid for it plus the insured courier. Yours for £150 if you can collect from near Truro in sunny Cornwall

Funny scratch plate hole spacing. Funny logo 9 bob note, or a slightly modded US P? Enjoy ;-)
10. Definitely maybe, depending on date and location
11. Moved to the correct Marketplace Cheers Dave The Mod
12. I have his slightly older brother - born in August 1976 Has that perfect Ricky growl and snarl
13. Yup. Get a small Class D amp. My current backup is a Phil Jones D200 that I got off eBay for stupidly little money. Comes to every gig, and stays in the boot of the car. Just nice to know its there in case the big one has a funny turn one night
14. Been there, done that, with that exact rig. Only just kept up with guitar, keys & mallets. Loved it to bits, but even with 30 valve watts it easily gets outgunned. After trying numerous amps - Ashdown Spyder 330, Markbass LMii, Markbass F1 and an Orange TB500, I now have a Markbass TTE500 that gives all the LB tone and can stun cattle in the bottom field without going over ½ on the Master.
15. Another vote for OnSong. You can import a variety of formats, plus download songs sheets. Very easy to make it transpose songs into a different key with a couple of clicks. You can have almost unlimited set lists, which are easy to edit and move songs around
16. Hopefully you won't look like this lot - bumpage

20. Looks like another perfect transaction from Graeme, who sold me his Yam fretless. Perfectly packed, next day delivery and a thoroughly decent chap Cheers matey
21. I got a P/J set of Nordstrands from Barrie (Molan) to go in my Aerodyne, and I love them. The J is hum cancelling (although I think the phrase hum reducing is better!!) I had an SD Quarter Pounder P in there before, with the original J, and the J was a weak and feeble thing. The Nords now give me a much more balanced output and a wonderful fat sound with either or both. The SD QP has now gone into my Squier P, where it can roar away to it's hearts content.
22. Be the envy of your friends - type bump
23. Just bagged a fretless Yamaha on here, so not looking any trades - just cold, hard, electric money - thanks
24. Cheers Ash. It just doesn't get out often enough to stay in the stable, and I regret selling my last fretless Jazz, so ho-hum, here we go again
25. For sale is my immaculate Hofner HI-Series B-Bass violin bass. Obviously not a German made 500/1, but I'm not asking £1500 for it Bought brand new by me about a year ago, and it's seen the light of day about half a dozen times to show off at jam nights. Never had a full gig in its life. Comes complete with a fitted hard case with 2 latches and a luggage lock thing. It also has a set of LaBella BB flatwounds on it for that true Macca thump. It may look like a toy, with its scrawny little neck and tiny tuners, but those twin humbuckers are MASSIVE!!!!! It outguns many basses twice its size. Weighs in at exactly 5lb, so glassbacks everywhere can play it all night without crippling themselves. Condition can only be described as mint. There's not a scratch or ding on it anywhere. You wouldn't know it wasn't brand new. Cheapest prices I could find from a store were £250 for the bass, £65 for the case and £38 for the strings, so at £240 including delivery to a UK address, it's a good saving on a new one
