Made by the same company and have a similar design to the Stingray, so fair point there ........... however you got to hear what Ibanez have done with the ATK 300, it really is punching a long way above it's weight. The ATK 300 could take on bases at 2 and 3 times the price. If you see one in any of the stores give it a try, you'll be more than surprised. It's very Stingrayish. Thanks for your comments.

I have an Ibanez ATK 300 in brand new condition, it's genuinely only 3 months old and never gigged. I can confirm the adverts regarding this bass model, it actually does sound and play exactly like a Musicman Stingray. I own both and I've never heard anything come as close as this to the Stingray sound. I'd trade for a 4 string Sadowsky + cash to you (generous amount of cash to be fair). This is a beautiful guitar to play and is out on it's own for slap, absolutely incredible sound, could be mistaken for brand new, 10 to 15 hours playing only, just have a thing for a Sadowsky Metro UV70 and this is practically the same as my Stingray.
