1. Sorry, One last question: Does the truss rod work as it should ?
2. A few questions:

Can you verify that the neck is straight (some figured necks are prone to twisting).
Are the frets in good condition ?
What size are the tuner holes ?
Is it inch and a half at the nut ?
Is the nut plastic or bone ?
Was it ever on a bass ?
Thanks for your time. Regards, Mark
3. Does the neck heel fit a Fender neck pocket ? In other words is this neck compatible with a Fender Bass body ? Many thanks, Mark
4. Keith Roscoe 4 string bass. The Century Signature is the flagship model in the range (not to be confused with the Century Standard), it carries all of the extras, a real work of art. This is an incredible instrument with the straightest fast neck I've ever played on. Extremely light weight. Bartolini pre-amp and pickups. 7 piece purple heart neck. Koa top (absolutely beautiful). Oval pearl inlays. Original hard shell case. Original paperwork signed by Keith Roscoe. Pics to follow.... I would never sell this instrument only that it has 17.5 mm string spacing, I need 19 mm to be consistent with my other bass. I would entertain trades on a high end Precision, let me know what you have. I know there are bassists here that move between 4 string and 5 string so the 17.5 mm spacing will be right up their alley.
5. Great price man, shouldn't last long. GLWS
6. Ha got there before me
7. MM ........ Marcus Miller.
8. I've read that when playing a lined fretless that you should play on the fret lines as opposed to between them like on a regular fretted bass. If you play a lined fretless between frets then you're likely to be half of a semitone flat. This I can understand as we should always be considering the length of the vibrating string. Playing behind the fret line will flatten the pitch. However .... if I take a lined fretless and play an A on the 5th fret of the bottom E string (right between frets like on a fretted bass), then I tune the bass up a fraction watching my tuner as I do so, I should be able to get an in tune A whilst playing between the frets. I've just tensioned the string to compensate for the flatness. Now lets do this for the other 3 strings too, now my lined fretless should play like a regular fretted bass, i.e I don't have to worry about developing the discipline to play on the actual lines, I can play away between frets as normal. The only thing I need to watch for is the open string positions, they'll be sharp by half a semitone obviously. No great worries, I try to stay away from using open strings anyway. Am I thinking about this correctly or is there a flaw in my theory I'm on the verge of pulling the trigger on a lined fretless. All comments welcome. Thanks guys. /M
9. Very nice indeed, this'll sell no sweat.
10. I have one of these, it plays better than anything else I've played including some really high end brands. You get a lot of bass for your money with Maruszczyk basses, no two ways about it. I love the zero fret, GLWS. /M
11. I'll buy if deal falls through but I don't expect that it will somehow
12. Hi, Is this the one that you're selling ??? https://www.thomann.de/ie/fishman_platinum_pro_eq.htm
13. I have one of these, they really nail that Marcus Miller tone. They're a joy to play I don't think I'd ever sell it, there'll be good interest in this I imagine. GLWS
14. These are really great basses, I have one myself. I put a set of GHS Bass Boomers on it and it sounds really amazing. It's probably the best precision I've ever played. This'll sell no problem, it looks fantastic
15. So rare to see a Rick here, not sure this will be allowed stay listed for very long, better sell it quick .......
16. These are the basses that everyone will want in time to come, most old Fenders I've played wouldn't hold a candle to these basses. They're exceptionally well made and exceptional to play too. Like the JV Squire I believe these batches of Maruszczyk basses will gain value in time and be worth way more than they were initially bought for. I have the exact same bass as this and it's a pleasure to play. GLWS
17. That's a beautiful set up. So powerful, so portable. GLWS /M
18. Absolutely fantastic, love it.
19. Magnificent amp, so versatile.
20. Apologies, I wasn't aware, ...... cool, I'll PM
21. Absolutely beautiful, I'm in the market for a precision but this is a great jazz
22. What is the neck profile like, (width at nut and depth from fretboard to back of neck). Just trying to figure out if it's slim or chunky profile, any information would be great.
23. Fantastic bass, I love te grain pattern. it looks to be from a single slab of wood.
24. [sup]Sorry, second question:[/sup] [sup]Is the action high or low ? Does the neck feel like a regular Stingray or is it slimmer or chunkier[/sup] ?
