  23. Hello to every Basschat UK bassist, Here is for sale an unique Warwick Custom bolt-on 6 strings broad-neck,it is the #245 Custom Thumb, do you remember the 2003 limited edition "Bleach Blond"? well i was dreaming about this bass but in a 6 strings and broad-neck version, so i sent an order to the 'wick Custom shop and got this stunning bass,i paid it around 2745£,if i put it on sale it's because i've already enough great basses that i use really more than that Custom Warwick, here is the specs: -3 pieces maple neck with maple fingerboard and incrusted inlays witch are evolving moon behind a mountain,24 alloyed bronze/cooper frets, yes this neck is wide with an almost flat fingerboard and a round neck profile, -ash body with flamed maple top matched on the headstock, -chrome hardware including 'wick strap-lock and a 'wick strap, -2 regular Mec soapbar pickups and Mec preamp:vol.with a push/pull for active/passive,pickups pan and a stacked bass, treble boost/cut,9v. battery, -width at nut:55mm,at the 24th fret:10mm and at the bridge: + or - 98mm,(sorry if it's not measured in inch) -the 3 knobs (with one stacked are custom ones:chrome and white abalone cap,not on the pics), -just-a-nut III and Warwick,a big dress handkercief including: 'wick help book,'wick wax,a T tool for set-up truss-rod and 2 allen keys for set-up the 3-D bridge and a small strip of paper specifying the Thumb Custom built and at last the whole bass and other stuff in a Premium Rockbass bag,i didn't have the fliyt-case given usualy for custom order because of the width of this 6 strings Thumb, useless to say that with that wood combo, this Thumb is incredibly so light! If you already played on a standart Thumb i think that you know how much heavy can be these basses, as i said above i paid that custom around 2745£ (what is not the most expensive among others Custom model), my price is 1660£ + oversea shipping, yes i'm a Parisian amateur bassist some pics coming from the Warwick web-site,i'll put soon my own ones, if you need others specs or if i did a mistake with it,let PM me or emails, thank you for having take a look, and anyway:6 strings for ever!!! Open to trade for 6 strings bass.
