Well I listen to and play a lot of punk... so yes. It also influenced a heck of a lot of music; which I'm sure many of you listen to and it also inspired people to play. Most music has a positive impact in one way or another, it creates thought. There's probably people picking up instruments every day because they believe they can "do better" then, for example music on the radio to generalise. Punk also created a scene for people which felt out of place. An attitude, music scene, fashion and friendships.

Black Burst on G&L's is the sex, I also love tobaccos. Some colours like pelham blue, burgundy mist, daphne blue, blonde are nice though

These are awesome basses, love the look and spec. I would love to get one and upgrade some of the parts. I was actually just about to make a topic about this but found this thread when I scrolled down, doh! There is however someone claiming over on the talkbass thread, his design was ripped off (page 2). I honestly prefer this design a whole lot more, it's very tempting! It looks legit, but IMO you should save up/buy a Mustang bass. They are far better than musicmasters (again... IMO, it's all subjective), definitely my choice in regards to short scale basses. Japanese RI are about £500, theres a few different desired years on vintage so price varys, so if you need help just PM me.
