  1. I switched to a single 2x12 4 Ohm cab for bigger gigs and it ticks all of the boxes with plenty to spare. I use a more compact 8 Ohm cab in smaller venues. Gone are the days of multiple trips to the car to load and unload.
  2. Duke of Earl - Darts
  3. Betcha By Golly Cow - The Stylistics
  4. I only really need pedals in a 3 piece setup. I find that the sound needs a bit of filling out when the guitarist moves from rhythm to soloing. Playing in larger bands I don't need anything between the bass and the amp.
  5. Saint Saviour Square - China Crisis
  6. Back Together Again - Roberta Flack & Donny Hathaway
  7. I use a Micro Thumpinator. What is really noticeable is that I do a few gigs with a Fender Rumble 100. The HPF focusses all the power where you want it and stops the drivers from getting an absolute battering for no reason. As a result I get loads of volume out of this little amp without driver distortion or flappiness. I also use it with bigger setups to good effect.
  8. Virginia Plane - Roxy Music
  9. 25 or 6 to 4 - Chicago
  10. What Can I Say? - Bozz Scaggs
  11. Kojak Your Body - Steve Silk Hurley
  12. Oil Be There - Jackson 5
  13. Now SOLD.
  14. Sneezy Like Sunday Morning - Lionel Ritchie
  15. Private Eyes - Hall & Oates
  16. I use a Rumble 100 V3 for practice and it also handles smaller gigs with no dramas. Would love to try a 500 at some point.
  17. I Don't Need No Doctor - Humble Pie
  18. We also get really annoyed with people who talk (more like shout) to each other right through a gig. Nearly always women. My Mrs has regularly told them that we paid to listen to the band, not them, and if they want to carry on, maybe they should f*** off outside.
  19. Jam them where exactly? I have ideas on that.
  20. Like new with box. No velcro. Loads of stuff on here about how good these pedals are. More quack than a flock of ducks. Price includes UK postage.
  21. It's a Thin Line Between Love & Hate - The Pretenders
  22. Kettle Be the Day - Buddy Holly
  23. Born in the USA - Bruce Springsteen
  24. Turn, Turn, Turn - The Birds
