This bass already has its own plethora of appreciation threads; here is one. https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/336744-bruce-thomas-profile/?tab=comments#comment-3687287 I have owned Fenders, Squier CV and Lakland Pres, and this is probably the most playable of all. The pickup is a beast, and the tonal variation astounding. Ebony fretboard, long scale. Why sell? The frets are not as visible under stage lighting as those of my 70s Fender, and I find it hard to navigate by dots alone. Didn’t realise I was so reliant on the visual, but my failing eyesight does me no favours and I lose confidence easily. This is far too good a bass to use for practice alone. As you can see, condition is fab and the gig bag impressive. Based Bournemouth but can send.

    Yeah we had one of those. Said we hadn’t brought enough of our own crowd to be asked back. Then sent a minion over with the money... A tad ungrateful given the £1000s worth of gear we brought to earn £250, I thought. And I brought eight people, four others succumbing to the flu. Serve her right if she gets it too!
