SOLD.

Hey I did a transaction with AREA and the bass reached him without any problems, I just took the neck of the bass to make sure it wasn't going to be broken in transit. You can trade with AREA with all confidence he's very reliable and a very nice guy too. Hope this help.
2. It's more like Salsa-Jazz. I can hear little Michel Camilo like bits. I really like it, just mix it again and you have a winner.
3. I've always said that the bass guitar and any other instrument shouldn't be restricted to a single role. Hey I'm a groove player myself but I don't begrudge players pushing the boundaries. Look at Seth Horan, he's a bass player but at the same time a singer songwriter who uses the bass as his companion instrument (is this the correct way of saying it? sorry if I got it wrong), are you going to tell him that he should just drop the bass and pick up a guitar? I think not, he's doing fantastic music and showing the world that bass guitar is not only boom boom boom bah doom or just root and fifth. I'm quite grateful that there was a Jaco or Jamerson and that we have Seth Horan and Zander Zon showing a different take on bass playing.
4. Divide the forum into: - Recoding equipment - Recording process - Sharing new music. I would even go further and sub-divide the "Recording Process" forum by Mac, Windows and other. That would help segment the contributions making them easier to navigate. Let's be honest if I go to that forum it will be primarily to find help on my recording ventures. Hope this makes sense.
5. The question is ... have you enjoyed the process???? I know I have..
6. Here's a better demo, I really like it...

8. Oh yes his work with Metheny is flawless, and to think that he got the gig as percussionist even though he never had played percussions ever before.
9. Being a latin american boy I know Pedro Aznar work, specially with Charly Garcia. He's one of my influences. Love the frettless work too, he's great a truly master of all trades.
10. Well GAK website has both basses TRBX-305 (5 strings) £302 TRBX-500 (5 strings) £424.99 Now that's what a call reasonable.

I hate you!!! I hate everybody who can have one of those and I can't.... Enjoy it mate, it's a lovely instrument.
12. hey mate I live in Burgess Hill, if you ever need to borrow a cab just let me know. I have a spare 2x10 that I don't use that much.
13.
I watched both videos all the way through. There's one thing I really don't understand. Warwick produces spectacularly well-crafted basses, and their print marketing department produces some very good looking ads in the musical instrument press. So why do they also let these horrible sub-amateur-hour videos out into the public domain? IMO what were looking at should be considered the roughest of rough demos. How about a script written by someone articulate? And using someone who knows about cameras and lights and editing to film and edit it? It's not as though it's impossible to go back and fix/edit things later, so why produce such shoddy rubbish?
I agree with you in most of what you say but look at the video below, that's not what I would call professionally produced by any means. The difference is that Ed really goes the whole mile in showcasing the instrument and giving you a real taste of it's sonic capabilities.
14. Is it me but the bass intro sounds like a tune from Incognito, "Still a friend of mine" if I'm not wrong.
15. I can hear spanish in there, are you spanish speaker or any of your ex-band mates?
16.
I've reviewed both in Guitar Interactive Magazine. Check out the video reviews for more details and to hear them.
Nice one Dan but where are the LINKS!!!!! navigating the GIM channel is like a trip to hell so much stuff. sorry mate for the mini rant , having said that I love your reviews
17. Goodness it is Mr. Almighty Gonzo!! nice to see you around mate!
18. Peavey Tour through a BMF Omni it's the dogs danglies !!
19. Thomas is a top bloke, great attention to detail and great communication all through the transaction. I would definitely recommend him.
20. Oh come on guys show some deserved respect for Peavey, the brand that will never let you down when you need power and reliability. I happen to have the same head and I will never get rid of it ad I know the seller if doing it only for mayor reasons. I know his heart is bleeding as I write this post. Believe me this is the first Peavey head that doesn't sound like Peavey, it's clean and can be shaped the way you want. You won't regret it I know I don't and won't.
