2.
The pickle pie faithfully retains your low end anyway, so theres not much need for a blend pot IMHO. Its a thick fuzz anyway, rather than an overdrive. Theres some soundclips of it on bass here http://wrenandcuff.com/pickled_bass.html The mid switch basically removes the mid-scoop, giving you another range of sounds. I still prefer mine with the scoop, but its nice to have the option of versatility. Definately recommended from me.
yeah if anything you can dial in more low end with the wren and cuff.
 3.
Well, I may be misunderstood for this, but I'll try at least.. So, it's about half-a-year I'm on this chat - reading topics, laughing at Ped( everything's cool, mate ), watching sorta porn, so on.. And it's really nice to be 'surrounded' by so many people, that are sensible about basses and stuff, but, the thing I kinda feel this area is lack of a bit is... When I think of Basschat, I simply know that people love Fender's, a words called groove and jazz, Jamerson and so much other thingies, but.. Aren't we interested in what John Myung is doing, what's Dood doing ( we have our own rocky-chaps here, don't we? ), what about Rob Trujillo's using, how's new Meshuggah's album ( IMO Nothing is their best work so far..), do you know Dysrhythmia and sooooo on... Generaly, I'm interested in that 'complex' side of rock/metal music, and those persons/bands musicially, technically, visualy, even psychologically represent it for me.. I mean, I like music of any genre, one day I listen to some Les Claypool tunes, the other to Jay Kay's voice, the third to some crazy Meshuggah rhythmic patterns.. There's so much good music out there, but don't you, folks, want to ROCK? I hope at least few understood my flimflams.. Cheers, chaps, waitin' for you thoughts, F8
obzen > nothing this may have something to do with listening to nothing far to much though, i agree with everything else you've said though ;o

 15. After over 875 basses sold world wide, we wish to make the following claim. "These are without a doubt the best sounding basses on this planet. And they are about 10% of the price of Boutique Basses." The way we can do this is to sell direct, and put on a minimal finish. If you can dig it, we can supply you a great sounding bass, real reasonable..If finish is more important to you than sound, there are plenty of companies to supply you. finishes bump up the prices another $1000?
 16. yeah it took over 2months for my fuzz from the states to get here, taystee how come tonefactor wont ship to the uk now ;<
 17.
They are getting 15 and then there will be no more made they've run out of trannies and pcb's and won't be doing anything more this is why I bought 3 CPs
you have 3 now?

 19. well the cab at practice was 8ohms, and after i played for a little while and tried to put it into standby the switch gave me the worst electric shock i've ever had. i tried to contact the seller i got it off but he's ignoring me i've been jipped
 20. no, i changed it to 4ohms when using my 4ohm cab and changed it to 8ohms when using the cab at practice. i think thats pretty obvious i do have prior experience with tube amps and i do know how fickle they are and easy to f*** up.
