1. Thanks for the comments and PMs. Still available bump.
2. Thanks for PMs so far. To answer a couple of queries - Raised pole pieces on the pickup at the A string, threaded barrel saddles. (Bump)
3. Back up for sale as the planned trade didn't work out. ***Price dropped to £900*** i'm really fortunate to have this as my Number 2 P-Bass and I broke my own 'one in-one out' policy for this one. Nevertheless, I don't need two really good P-basses (my '77 Precision remains the 'go-to' bass) This is a 2013 US made 1957 Vintage Re-Issue Precision Bass, Ash body, the grain of which is visible through the gorgeous nitro white blonde finish. Even though the maple neck is chunky, it is really comfortable to play for long periods of time - it's also really lightweight making for reduced back strain on longer gigs (unlike my '77!). Sounds-wise, it does everything you would expect of a P-Bass. Build quality is truly top-notch. I've gigged this quite a bit, so although it looks pristine from the front, it has picked up the odd dings round the edges as shown in the pictures. I can include either a battered old case or a newish gig bag (buyers preference). Currently strung with round wounds however, as a wee extra, I will also include a (used, but still quite fresh) set of Thomastik Infeld flats. Original hang tags and a Fender strap also included. Thanks for looking and any questions, just shout. I'm Edinburgh based but happy to meet up central belt. I'm open to trades/swaps on this one - probably a Jazz (doesn't have to be Fender).
4. It's a bass. In the shape of a butterfly. This thing rocks! Now discontinued and I'm sure these will be collectible/desirable in the future for their quirkiness. Short scale bass with a narrow neck, 'Duncan Designed' P-Bass pickup, master volume and tone controls. Includes the Daisy Rock gig bag, tools and even a Daisy Rock pick! In excellent overall condition - couple of small dings on the rear of the bass as per the picture - only other thing to point out is that the volume/tone knobs don't quite match. No trades thanks and the price is firm. Based in Edinburgh - happy to meet up central belt.
5. It's a bass. In the shape of a butterfly. And it rocks! I'm not going to add too much blurb here and let the photos do the talking... 6. Been gathering dust as a 'fix it' project that I just never got round to. Cosmetically in very good condition, but has the following issues: No sound comes from the bass when plugged in - possibly electrics or jack socket - I never got round to investigating. No knobs - these were plundered for a different project that I did actually get round to (the pots remain in situ though). Unplugged, the bass plays well and, once the electrics are sorted, would suit a beginner or make a handy cheap backup/spare. Collection or local met up (Edinburgh/Central belt) only Thanks for looking.
7. Hi Jacko - PM'd you so we can arrange meet. Regards Colin.
8. In excellent condition used almost always in the house - apart from one time when it served very well as an acoustic amp for a small pub gig. Lovely Ashdown tone from this great wee amp. Also features CD/MP3 line in and headphone jack for silent practice.
9. Easter weekend bump...sensible offers also considered...
