1. Bought a Boss AW3 Dynamic Wah Pedal & I'm pleased with it immensely In the words of Alan Partridge "I'm avin' a ruddy good time" with it... Top Bloke, Great to deal with, its been a pleasure. Many Thanks Pedro
 2.
What's that supposed to mean?
lol I think he means, after all the mods or additions you can apply to a Streamer...at the end of the day its not different to what you had it originally? I may be wrong tho...haha
 3.
Nah mate...wanna see a REALLY sexy Streamer? Alexis Sadler's all white (including neck) is beautiful. Check out his version of "Hooked Up" too...sounds very nice (although not on his Streamer).
W........O...........W!! I love that bass....but it strangely reminds me of Zenders all white one so its slightly unoriginal though lovely all the same. http://www.stuartzender.net/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=159 LINK: Exactemondo bass of Zenders, which must have inspired Alexis to get one me thinks.. He's actually a good bass player, nice tonality and a vibrant technique....but his majority of effects depends on what Stuart Zender used, a Boss ME8B? not sure, but it sounds the same.. lol but in all fairness....admittedly, the Streamer you sold me is *OFFICIALLY*.....The SEX!! :brow: Hell Yeah!!..
 4. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/WARWICK-CHROME-STREA...1QQcmdZViewItem Can;t get much more gorgeous than that....though I (personally) would never get a chrome one hehe.. If only it had LED's and an extra string...it be kinda close to the CHROME ENDER...
 5. Nice collection of multitools up for auction My uncle had an obsession with those.. Good luck with the sale...should put a reserve on for ensurance...
 6.
I know that this may not be the perfect place to put this but I thought it might be worth asking. I have a 12 year old absolutely mint condition, virtually never played with neither a mark or blemish on it USA Fender Stratocaster that sits in my wardrobe year after year doing nothing. It is a Fender 50th anniversary ( not to be confused with the stratocaster 50th anniversary ) model in cream with matching cream headstock which appears to be quite rare ( not sure if that adds any value ) I got round to thinking that I would be better of exchanging it rather than selling it so I thought I would put this on the forum and you just never know someone may just have a lovely Jazz or Precision that they want to move on as it is doing nothing and they are looking for a very tasty, stunning sounding perfect condition strat. Obviously if anyone is interested I will put some pics on the site Tony
I think this should be with other musical related items sounds nice, goodluck selling it!
 7.
Yes it does. Its a very flat looking finish (guess thats why its called Flat black). Ill take a few of the headstock tonight and post them. Cheers.
Cool! I thought at first it looked like a satin finish, though the Fender spec says otherwise It's nice, I don't have a precision in my collection.. Cheers for the pics
 8. Does this have a nitrocellulose finish? anymore pic's? (headstock wise) Cheers in advance
 9. Any more pics mate? these little ones just don't do justice cheers in advance.
 10.
hi there guys, does anybody know of any studios or people to go and get a demo dvd done , decent quality decent price, its for the usual to send out to agents many thanks trev. 07828-333-256
I think you've placed this in the wrong section Move this to Recording or general bass discussion..
 11.
No battle here mate... They're both nice basses, good luck whichever way you go.
lol hehe dw, just a friendly joke Congrats to your new Warwick (I think I said before, tho I'll say again ) and likewise, a good luck to your future purchases and GAS attacks, all the best mate.
 12.
I thought you were after Johns Blue Stage 1?
It's a tie between the two to be honest...but for many reasons, Make a change from a 4 get a 5 string.. They're both in the same age bracket..(early 90's) Pete's is natural whilst John's is laquered.. A couple of the few...hence Im tied up! got money to spend and GAS to release..we'll just have to see what happens..Trust here more than the bay, since peeps are kind, honest and generous.. But dw andy..it isn't a battle... I'm just shopping about!..
 13. Wacky as it may seem, as soon as I get rid of my Fender Bronco....I'll be pitching in for this just a heads up mate!
 14.
Ha ha ha.....you won't let me forget that one now will you?
hehe Hence why I used the bold emphasis...haha, a quality Pete quote
 15.
Then sold a bass to Pedro
And I've never been happier, joining this forum has broadened my knowledge of the bass guitar and the magic you can produce with 4 strings (5/6 beyond originality). I bought my desired bass, a lovely 97 Warwick Streamer Stage 1 off Pete, and I have sworn to take this bass to my grave given it total TLC & is my No. 1 stage bass..certainly does get noticed...LED's! Plus all the nice people on here, who've helped me along the way.. My G.A.S insanity should dye down...I've stored some cash, though Im personally pondering what I need next.. Fender, Warwick, Lakland...I need to decide
 16.
Oh right. I think the SG looks pretty sexy :brow: I'm sure you'll sell the Bronco. I don't know if i've asked you, but you wouldn't be interested in a trade would you?
lol Haha, you've pressured many times my friend. But I'm afraid I have to disappoint once again..I can't. Actually in an insane GAS attack and selling it would encourage it even more....but then theres choices of bass...Warwick, Lakland...Fender...They're all so tasty.. hehe understand this is a Rare guitar and the value of these will go up...I'm too young to wait...gotta nurture my bass playing abilities hehe lol they SG is sexy, never got the chance to upgrade the pups unfortunately...ahh well, it sounds great as it is...
 17.
What, you've sold your SG, Strat and Tanglewood?
Squier Strat went last week.. Tanglewood too.. Epiphone is kept at uncles though I may consider to evilbay it Left the telecaster with my grandpa to create some space and to cause me not to sell... ..all thats left....Bronco!!
 18. Same feeling for my bronco, though its my last gutar I've gotta sell
 19.
Last bump..........(really!)
lol...its gonna be sacrificial bait for evilbay..
 20. the E string looks high off the fretboard, all of them for that matter, ....my hands would be in serious pain if I played that Nice bass!!
 21.
What sort of tone/sound is it like (clean & overdriven)? I imagine it's quite rock/trebley with that Di Marzio at the bridge? Is it a hot pickup?
When clean eventhough its in the bridge position gives a Jazzy tone tho bright if you add treble on the amp, I dull it down in most cases (I usually never add it as gives that jazz tone without, trying to capture Joe Pass hehe) Overdriven its quite beefy, trying it thru my dads Electro Harmonix Big Muff. Gives alot for a shortscale guitar. Any player can pretty much take abvantage of the thin neck so playability is like butter.. hot pickup...I think it might be, my grandpa installed it, so I'll have to clarify
 22.
Well, The blue streamer was going to be my third offer but won't be for a month or so, so if you back out, or dally, it will be mine! I played it, and that is a helluva lot of bass for the cash. The sound knocked me over backwards. It will make a truly awesome working bass. (edit: I say "working bass" because the sound *must* be gigged and heard by audiences! It was such an aggressive sound. Truly staggering!)
lol I know the feeling, practically most warwicks produce the tonal sound, though the earlies are simply sex in your hands. I had ago on a natural (zender) model, simply fantastic though the guy wanted £1200 and my attitude was "on yer bike mate" I only have one guitar to flog..ONE! thats the Fender Bronco, cursed thing wont sell.. so when the right person comes, I wont be dallying..it will be mine!! muhahahaha..
 23. lol..I reli want the blue streamer...just a word for ya andy but congrats on what you bought!
 24.
No the Ukraine was just a bit too much of a headache. I'm not saying it's dead in the water but for details look here... http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=12730
ahhh...the intentions of that guy does seem dodgy, plus all the hassle along the way...gd choice! atleast you give me time to raise up some more moulah
