1. I too, keep the faith up / down / over here in Coventry. Used to play in the worship group at our lovely Baptist church, took a break, played lots of wedding type gigs, realised how much I really don't enjoy doing that kinda stuff, went back to playing at church and realised how much I do enjoy playing that kinda stuff, and here I am today! Most of the stuff we play isn't the most technically advanced or challenging, but the reason we're playing it more than makes up for it.
2. Oh blimey, I've just sold my OW (payment pending) and have always fancied going back to a Lakland JO or DJ. I even have a very nice reissue jazz I could throw into the equation. The question is, do I?? My only hesitation is that I too am wondering about sticking with 4 strings. I hate making decision, damn it!!
3. Any suggestions why this isn't going? Try to avoid using the word 'recession'!

SOLD

One word.....Stunning! Like P-T-P I'd love another one of these and deeply regret selling mine, although at 12Ibs it was a bit of a heavyweight! How much does this one weigh?
5. I could always cover it with Chocolate if that would help it to sell!!
6. Not long before this is withdrawn so grab it while you can. Serve up your offers, the worst that I could say would be 'no thanks'!
7. Rethink my approach? Regardless of how much time it takes me to remove the strings, screws, scratchplate etc etc... I'm comparing unplugging a connector inside the control cavity to cracking out the soldering iron, heating it up and then playing around with unsoldering / resoldering wire-ends. Surely the connectors 'approach' has to be quicker?
8. Thanks for the suggestions, but I'm not after changing to one of these brands so what do you call the connectors I should be using? Crimp, terminal blocks....?
9. I'd like to try and avoid messing around with the soldering iron if possible and I've read about folks using quick connectors so that pickups can be swapped in and out with the minimum of fuss. Which connectors do I need; is there a special type?
10. Sorry, but I'm a bit of a numpty when it comes to the soundclip thing; to my shame, I wouldn't have a clue where to even start! Thanks for the bump.
11. ...and again! I almost feel guilty for continually bumping.
12. It sure is still here. You're more than welcome to come and give it a try; I'll even throw in a free cup of tea or coffee and use of 'the facilities' .
13. Yes, this was BassBlueStew's. I think I'm correct in saying that OW basses seem to be pretty popular with theatre bassists.
14. Thanks, Mark. Great to meet you and thanks for bringing the S12-T; very nice! In terms of trades, I'd also welcome any super-jazz, 4 or 5 string.
15. Unfortunately, not so nice that someone wants to buy it!
16. Is there nothing on offer or is it just a lack of love for the OW?!
