I agree with those suggesting you remove the ACG. I swapped mine out for a glockenklang and the difference was incredible.

I've been impressed by some of the reviews of the sire v7's on YouTube, but can anyone confirm if the B string is any good on the 5's?

Would sell for £1150 (plus P&P) This is an absolutely gorgeous bass in fantastic condition which has a lovely tone and balances really nicely on the strap. If you haven't played a zero radius fingerboard and asymmetrical neck they are fantastic and really do make for easier playing. I haven't had this for too long, but I've come to the conclusion that I'm not a 6 string bassist and probably never will be. This is an absolutely gorgeous bass in fantastic condition which has a lovely tone and balances really nicely on the strap. If you haven't played a zero radius fingerboard and asymmetrical neck they are fantastic and really do make for easier playing. Details: Australian Myrtle top Light weight Swamp Ash body 7 piece maple/wenge set neck Mac Ebony fingerboard 33" scale 52 mm nut 17.5 mm string spacing at bridge 2 FB humbuckers built into the ramp Glockenklang 3 band EQ Hard case included Can be seen on the ACG website here: http://www.acguitars...urve-classic-6/ Please note the current price includes both onboard EQs. The price will be reduced by £120 if only one EQ is requested. Trades - might be tempted by a high end 5 string with a more traditional vibe (e.g. Lull, Nordy, Xotic, etc..). Might also consider something more modern such as a Roscoe. Whatever it is, a strong B is a must.
