1. My old amp Have a free bump starman - great amp and great seller
2. Nope! Its got £30worth of new strings and a gigbag with it too. Theyre £380 new i believe and i prefer this older matte black flamed finish to the gloss black or red they come in now. Had a soppy offer the other day and a few guys wanted it posted but ii'll sit it out for a bit still i think. It blows the socks off most basses of a similar pricepoint - lovely playable matte neck and a really punchy growly sound. It got me the Spector bug as you can see from my other basses! Cheers
3. Only thing I need is a spare amp head. Must be minimum 350 watts and ideally something like a Hartke, Ashdown ABM, GK or an Ampeg. Valvey is good too. Cheers

5. Any interest in swapping the head for a Peavey BAM210 combo? I need a spare head for gigging. 350watts on its own and 500watts with an extension cab. 2x10 speakers, its a modelling amp with various amp and speaker settings (and actually sounds authentic - especially the SVT), 16 presets and 16 user programmable patches, tuner, digital multi effects built in, compressor and a tilt back handle trolley thingy for lugging it about. I believe they retailed for £1200 a few years ago and because of this are super rare. Google it and you'll find nothing but praise for them. Downside is it weighs a ton.
6. Ive got a 250watt 8 ohm Ashdown BlueLine 15" driver for sale in the classifieds if its any use. £25 plus whatever the postage costs are if you fancy it. Here it is http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1

11. Just bought a couple of Ashdown MAG 115 deep cabs that had uprated drivers in them. The original speakers were included in the sale but i dont really need them so theyre up for sale. Both in great condition and labelled as Ashdown Bluelines. 250 watts each into 8 ohms. £25 each collected from Herts/Essex border.
12. Still munching thru my 90's clearout! I have a MIJ Boss ME6B programmable multi effects unit in superb condition. It still has the plastic on the front panel and has the original power supply and a manual. The effects are:- Compressor, overdrive/distortion, synth bass (think Jamiroquai!), parametric eq, noisegate, chorus, flanger and reverb/delay. You can programme a total of 25 patches arranged in banks of 5 and also run it in manual mode to switch individual effects in and out. There are a couple on ebay at £99 buy it now - how does £50 collected from Herts/Essex border sound? Any demo welcome. Might be interested in a Korg Pitchblack or TC Polytune tuner as some sort of swap. Thanks for looking
13. Would you sell it?
14. I have a Hartke LH500 - you wont get Eddie Jackson out of it! Its a lovely warm clean amp but wont give you an edgey grind as it doesnt have an input gain. Even with a Spector like Eddie used to use. I reckon you need a Sansamp to put a bit of grit into your sound. How about trying a BDDI? Its a cheaper option and you could always sell it on if it wasnt floating your boat.
15. FM's version of I Heard It Thru The Grapevine last night. Love that version.
