2. I remember the coral one! They had some awesome colours back in the day. Mines def an SR800LE - the red is a deeper red than it looks in the piccys Cheers bud
3. Price dropped to £350 today
4. i could look into it if you like - i'm just a bit untrusting of couriers with fragile stuff!
5. Sold to moonbass - thanks very much!
6. I always used it with an extra 15" underneath - really meaty but with that 10" cut through
7. Purchased new in about 1998 (i think!!!) and unused for 12 years. Absolutely mint and unmarked. Really rare American made cabinet. Has a 15" and 10" and switchable horn in the single cabinet. 175 watts/8 ohms. Fitted with castors and i still have the original box. SOLD SOLD SOLD.................................................................
8. NOW SOLD Mint condition, unused for last 12 years and flightcased from new. No missing bits or electrical issues, Includes rack ears, original footswitch for graphic and preshape and also the original gig bag case. Having a clearout (also selling an Ampeg SVT 1510HE cabinet and 4unit rack flightcase) so now up for sale. Located Herts/Essex border but regularly travel thru London, Kent and E. Sussex so potential for delivery. Will definitely not post, sorry. [s]£200 [/s]SOLD Thanks for looking
9. Bought new by me in 1987 and made at the Fuji-gen Plant, Japan in 1987 according to the serial number, this Ibanez SR800 Soundgear 4 string bass is in absolutely mint condition apart from a couple of microscopic marks on the edge (which i couldnt even get to show up on the photos!). The neck is perfect, there is minor fret wear and there are no electrical issues. It has been flightcased from new and unplayed for the last 12 years. I think its value is hard to judge but i believe the made in japan models may be getting a little more sought after. It has active bass and treble, volume and mix controls and the colour is Lipstick Red (it is deep bright red with a pearlescent tint under certain lighting conditions). Comes with a gig bag. Any trial welcome, based on Herts/Essex border but i travel regularly thru London, Kent and E.Sussex so could probably deliver by arrangement. Definitely will not post it though, sorry. SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD Thanks for looking
10. Open to offers on this - need to clear some space.
11. PM sent
12. Have had a think and i reckon you're right - i 'll play it for a bit and maybe add a 2x10/12 later. I just remember thinking i needed more wallop when i was gigging years ago in rock bands (although we were using loud guitar stacks). The head is only little and the cab is manageable. Thanks for all the advice though - i'm really out of touch and things have moved on so much - i'm amazed what you can get for relatively low money nowadays. ps Have just listed the flightcase on the classifieds if anyones interested.
13. ....................NOW SOLD..................... Having a clearout and this is surplus to requirements. 4 unit rack flightcase in fantastic condition. Didnt know how much to ask for it but was advised by a basschatter that £40-60 was ballpark. Offers welcome. Located Essex/Herts border for collection but could deliver to London/Kent by arrangement and a bit of petrol. Thanks for looking
14. Thats the thing - i have found myself playing with a gigging rock covers outfit. Liked the idea of a combo pushing out 200+ watts (Hartke Hydrive 115C maybe) rather than buying an extra cab to get the Trace working a bit more and lugging 2 cabs about.
15. Oh and the Trace has a TE gigbag too!
