  1. 😂😂😂 Was it Meghan Markle?
  2. I think they've been watching the Woodstock 99 documentary on Netflix
  3. One of my major claims to fame....... Wyatt was the drummer in a band of mine when he was about 17 for a couple of years. He was really good. I think he's living his dream now with that radio job, he always wanted to be involved in the rock scene 😊
  4. Ah, the old 80's crackle finish trend .....you'll have to break out the spandex and grow a mullet if you snag one of those
  5. I've never heard a bass solo that has engaged me apart from maybe this one. I suppose it's more of a performance piece rather than a solo as such so maybe that's why I'm ok with it. Billy did used to do it live as a showpiece though. Bordering on classical and with a bunch of new school techniques in there it was pretty ground breaking back in the day.
  6. A bit of Olivia. What a vocal!
  7. Pandemic artificially boosted demand, everyone who wanted a guitar probably bought one (we're having the same issues in the bicycle trade), biggest growth was in entry level and custom shop (so USA production has flatlined) and they're spending more money/time on Jackson as the shredders are buying again but demand has dropped everywhere else. And all the dealers are now overstocked in a stalled/reversing economy so there's no mainstream demand at the moment
  8. It was a commercial decision for me. I could either keep buying single units from the market place on here for £50-100 until I found one I liked in a gig situation or buy a brand new Aftershock for £150 which would probably have a bunch of them in there already plus loads of other stuff. It's more fun than a bag of squirrels on speed. Very giggable with editable presets and a WYSIWYG mode as well if you want to fiddle on the fly.
  9. I have a Source Audio Aftershock - a squillion different fuzzythings in a single box! Could be worth a look.....
  10. Last night's action shot.... A couple of Barefaced BB3 cabs and a Mesa MPulse 600. A Quilter BB800 hiding on top just in case and me playing my Cort A4 being mesmerised by the intriguing carpet 😂 (Oh and mudpup junior hiding side stage after helping his old man shift everything as my back was broken. He's busy on his socials rather than appreciating his old mans rock godness)
  11. Backing vocals
  12. Great amp! GLWTS - shouldn't be here long.....
  13. Bargain of the year! I had a TD650 that did the same distortion thing with the volume almost off but as soon as you turned it up a tiny amount it disappeared. My tech couldn't find anything wrong with it and I gigged it for years. I wouldn't worry about it at double the price.....
  14. Here you go....GoPro clamped on a speaker pole footage. Just the kick and vox thru the PA - everything else is backline. If it's a stupidly loud gig and the camera is too close it gets a bit compressy but it's ok on most occasions. You kind of figure out the best place to put it as you go along.
  15. One of these actually Wealpe Jaws Clamp Mount Flex Gooseneck Mount Compatible with GoPro Hero 10, 9, 8, 7, Max, Fusion, Hero (2018), 6, 5, 4, Session, 3+, 3, 2, 1, DJI Osmo, Xiaomi Yi Cameras https://amzn.eu/d/557Fq8Q
  16. I use a little GoPro Hero 3 and a sort of bulldog clip. The clip was on Amazon and was about a tenner if I remember correctly. Works fine as long as it's a decent sized headstock.
  17. Do you reckon he got more than 350 quid for it or did it for exposure maybe?
  18. Properly in the pocket here......dead simple but totally works in the song
  19. The new Dan Reed Network album. Loving it. Maybe their best yet...
  20. Not trying to be funny here but you probably would have sold it by now if you would consider splitting it. Trying to sell a complete high end rig with a fairly high value really thins out your potential market. People are always up for trying a new amp or cab on here though.
  21. I would highly recommend Gary Mac!
  22. I had the combo version of the Peavey Bam 210. Weighed an absolute ton. But the amp part was really good. Tons of effects and amp/speaker models and I thought it was a fab bit of kit. They were really expensive new so are properly rare - I've been keeping a bit of a greedy eye on that one you've spotted for a few months now but I can't justify more amps. Be aware it may be 600 watts into 2 ohms though. And the original foot switch is even harder to find but useful.
