  1. Is it an Ohm Tramp like this one? i had an Ohm GA140 combo in the late 80's and it was a great little amp.
  2. 2 or 4 for me..... Both sounded a tiny bit fatter in the low mids maybe? I'm curious to know what they are though. I'm guessing number 3 may be a BDI21 🤔
  3. Dave Eilish????
  4. Yup (although pickups from a 1024 or 2024 would probably fit if you could find some) and Yup
  5. I may be wrong but i think they're a weird size/shape and you can't easily drop in replacements. But why would you want to change them?
  6. Andertons have a 2 week returns window......
  7. I have a Magellan 800 and love it. Big fat warm and bloody loud (the amp, not me!). It actually sounds pretty thick and valvey to me at gig levels. The switchable contour is useful. Feels really well made - nice metal casing and knobs and it has some weight to it which is nice. Useful having the aux in/headphone out sockets too. I think the 350 is pretty much the same thing with a bit less output and no drive channel. I would cheerfully recommend one :-) There's a very good thread here about them....
  8. Never mind this Corona thingy - Basschat Virus is worse, symptoms are forever flipping gear! No known cure..... All good here thanks :-)
  9. Cheers Mark, yes, bought it, gigged it a few times and its not for me :-) Hows your new house? And the EBS?
  10. Replied - still available
  11. For Sale SOLD Mesa Subway D800 amplifier £550 Bought from this very forum a few weeks ago as an itch scratching exercise. I've scratched the itch and decided to move it on. (I've already got a few amps so it was a bit of a luxury and i'm just looking to get back what i paid for it) Mint condition, no issues or marks, case and manual included. 800watts in a lightweight package Switchable 2 or 4 ohms Headphone out/line in sockets Variable shape filter, easy to use 4 band eq, deep switch (if you need to release anyones bowels at a gig), good DI Ideally collection from Herts/Essex border. I could deliver locally, happy to drive a bit for a few quid petrol if it suits (Essex/Herts/Suffolk/London/Kent) I can post at your risk and cost - i have decent packing for it - although i would prefer a face to face sale. Not really looking for trades but i'm a bit of a sucker so you're welcome to PM me with anything interesting :-) Def no basses, maybe an amp with 'heft/slam' or cabs i can lift with a bit of oomph about them (posh Berg/Vander/Genz 4x10, 2x12, 15/6 sort of stuff) Thanks for looking
  12. £4.50? Thats not bad is it? So £40 all in. The same pedalboard from Amazon is £55
  13. Great job!!!! Nailed it....
  14. I find that style really hard to remove - I can never find the little "flap" to grab on to them with.... though I haven't tried that particular brand before. The flap looks longer than on other brands - might give them a go! Just push them really hard and they come out the other side.... 😊
  15. I've had good results with these ACS Pacato ones - they sound a lot more natural than other ones i've tried (Earpeace and Flair Audio) They're dirt cheap and the claims about reducing occlusion seem to be valid. Worth a shot.... https://acscustom.com/uk/products/hearing-protection/universal-fit/pacato-19
  16. Not a fan then......😂😂😂
  17. I'm up for it depending on date.......
  18. Hopefully it wont go pop on you... I'm surprised you still wanted one after seeing what the UK distributor was like.
  19. Glad you're back playing Lozz :-) Sounds ideal, no pressure and just doing it for the fun of it....enjoy!
  20. pmed
  21. Brilliant case and a great price! If i didn't already have one.........
