For Sale SOLD Mesa Subway D800 amplifier £550 Bought from this very forum a few weeks ago as an itch scratching exercise. I've scratched the itch and decided to move it on. (I've already got a few amps so it was a bit of a luxury and i'm just looking to get back what i paid for it) Mint condition, no issues or marks, case and manual included. 800watts in a lightweight package Switchable 2 or 4 ohms Headphone out/line in sockets Variable shape filter, easy to use 4 band eq, deep switch (if you need to release anyones bowels at a gig), good DI Ideally collection from Herts/Essex border. I could deliver locally, happy to drive a bit for a few quid petrol if it suits (Essex/Herts/Suffolk/London/Kent) I can post at your risk and cost - i have decent packing for it - although i would prefer a face to face sale. Not really looking for trades but i'm a bit of a sucker so you're welcome to PM me with anything interesting :-) Def no basses, maybe an amp with 'heft/slam' or cabs i can lift with a bit of oomph about them (posh Berg/Vander/Genz 4x10, 2x12, 15/6 sort of stuff) Thanks for looking

£4.50? Thats not bad is it? So £40 all in. The same pedalboard from Amazon is £55

Great job!!!! Nailed it....

I find that style really hard to remove - I can never find the little "flap" to grab on to them with.... though I haven't tried that particular brand before. The flap looks longer than on other brands - might give them a go! Just push them really hard and they come out the other side.... 😊

I've had good results with these ACS Pacato ones - they sound a lot more natural than other ones i've tried (Earpeace and Flair Audio) They're dirt cheap and the claims about reducing occlusion seem to be valid. Worth a shot.... https://acscustom.com/uk/products/hearing-protection/universal-fit/pacato-19

Not a fan then......😂😂😂

I'm up for it depending on date.......

Hopefully it wont go pop on you... I'm surprised you still wanted one after seeing what the UK distributor was like.

Glad you're back playing Lozz :-) Sounds ideal, no pressure and just doing it for the fun of it....enjoy!

Fame Soft-Case Urban gig bag for bass
Mudpup replied to alinbassplayer's topic in Accessories and Misc
No experience of it but it looks good value. Worth a punt and they have a returns policy -
They recently released a B1four as its replacement i believe. This must just be a bit of old stock lying around - still a good bit of kit though

Just a heads up really.... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Zoom-B1on-Bass-Effects-Pedal/dp/B00JLEHMG6?SubscriptionId=AKIAILSHYYTFIVPWUY6Q&tag=duc08-21&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B00JLEHMG6 This is down to £39 on Amazon and a bit of a bargain imho. Looper, Drum machine, Aux In, headphone out, tuner and a load of fx and amp models in there too. Runs on batteries or mains. Great for home practice or as a multi fx unit.

Well I think you should be ashamed of yourself if he has to climb in the car to stay warm! Even though he has a fur coat. Honestly, some people don't deserve to have a pet if they can't look after it properly........ Oh sorry, I didn't have my glasses on. I thought you said 'cat'

We've just started doing Blow by Ed Sheeran/ Bruno Mars and it seems to work well for us. Here's a vid of most of it from NYE....'scuse the man flu vocals......

Kind of interesting if you were into TwoTone back in the day https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/The-Beat-Custom-bass-guitar-mirror-in-the-bathroom/324046536090?hash=item4b72adbd9a:g:l4sAAOSwWy5eEHhP

I bought an amp from Crawford - real easy transaction, despatched quickly and well packaged. Recommended!

I had a couple of the old style £40 Extreme ones and i though they were good for the money. I used to wear through the bottom where the strap button was on them but the new ones look like they have more padding there now - i think that new grey version will be pretty good. Once you're up around the £100 mark i would go for a Gator ProGo though...
