Could be worse. Could have been a room full of slap players. Doesnt matter what bass is reviewed on Youtube there is a 90% chance there will be a guy sat in a music shop frantically whapping away with his thumb with a smug "look at me ma, Im a clever cloggs" expression on his face. We dont all play slap, or are interested in what a bass sounds like when you bang away on it with your thumb at high velocity. Dont get me wrong, slap has its place and I am envious of those that can do it, but its overdone..

Had a brief chat tonight to a lovelly guy playing Fretless bass in the open air. If your on here, nice sound - almost upright like. The guy playing slide on the Tele and singing was pretty good too. Didn't get chance to stop and ask their name.

I need to do something with my XS-4. Had it from new, it's been several colours in all the wrong types of paint. Lost the bridge somewhere too.

Don't know a lot about the epiphone and Gibson flying v's but I seem to remember a friend having a hohner or similar copy of s steinberg "cricket bat". Seem to recall it having some sort of flip down attachment to let you play it seated. Could be the same possibly?

It's a TeleMaker... D'y know I'd have passed on the pickguard and had one custom made in a sort of Gibson SG style. Are the two on the right MightyMite bodies?
