Does anyone know the external diameter of the String Ferrules on a US P? I've aquired a set of ferrules and a through-body bridge and am looking to convert my bitser to through-body stringing and don't have anything to accurately measure the diameter.

Seems that bidder bids all of his "big" items up to a level then disapears.. how odd.

I believe they also produced a model for the Irish market, called the "Jaysus". Due to the lack of success they were re-branded and handed out with Happy Meals as the "Piece-o-crap" painted in Ronald McDonalds signature Yellow with a red Pickguard.

There will always be someone willing to bid it up just on the offchance, particularly those who dont know a great deal about the difference between a genuine and copy fender.

Bodies not a genuine fender for a start, Dont think I've ever seen a Genuine fender of any age with that amount of black on the forearm recess.

Got my daughter a 1/2 Size as she wants to learn (she's 6 and only a dot at that) from ebay 2nd hand for about £25.Have a 3/4 I rescued from a school I used to work at and a full size bought from a workmates of the wifes - that was £40 and is a translucent purple!.

I bought covers for my Ampeg Portaflex cabs. Covers are brilliand, but they could do with being a little clearer on their website with the covers for these models - took a fair bit of figuring out which was which as there were three options, and the PF-115HF and PF-210HF are identical externaly, would save confusion to list the cover as for PF-210/PF-115.

I have 1 main at a time. Currently the 2012 US P, though I play my bitsa at home as It has a similair neck and is easier to get to (I dont have to manhandle the SKB hardcase out!) . Prior to this it was my 96 MIM P but gone off that as rediscovering love for propper width P bass necks.

Bought Pauls P-Bass Bridge cover - Great comms, straight as a die. Cover arrived in the original Fender packaging which was a nice suprise - and VERY rapidly posted.
