2. PM'd about Alesis, will take it if still available.
3.
I would quite like one though.
To make me jealous?
4. Mr Foxen has a Strategy he may be prepared to part with seeing as he never uses it.
5. Like these? http://www.dv247.com/studio-equipment/hugh...imulator--31912
6. Surely you could just use a standard 9V supply into the TU-3 then link out of the 9V output on it with a standard DC patch into the OC-2. I do this all the time at home.
7.
Would I? I'll give it a go. Thanks.
Yea, it should track better if you put it at the start of the chain, especially before distortion.
8. Bass -> Sadowsky: XLR out -> mixer Jack out -> bass amp
9. *watching*
10. MASSIVE BARGAIN ALERT. I don't need it but potential buyers ill want to know where you are.
11. Don't buy the Diago one, buy this instead: http://www.johnnyshredfreak.com/store/inde...;products_id=12 It's identical and a fraction of the price. I've compared both and they really are the same, they must both buy them from the same manufacturer. I know the Diago one says it's 3A and the Johnny Shredfreak one says 1500ma but the manual for the Johnny Shredfreak one says it can go up to 3A. I have two (total overkill) and they've been great.
12. If you're using an engineer and producer why don't you leave it to them? If you've chosen to work with them they must know what they're doing? Surely this is what they do for a living.
13. Sooooo tempted. I'll be in London in a few weeks too...
14. I have an old one I'd consider selling too.
15. Massive sadface.
16. Good grief. Been after one of these for a while. Interested in trades at all?
17. This used to be mine, cracking amp! Wish I had something suitable to trade.
18. If you're interested, you can email him directly on: james at statick dot co dot uk
19. Selling this for my drummer who has fallen on hard times. Great little guitar combo with a 12ax7 in for the drive channel. Lovely Fender cleans and a great switchable warm drive channel. Switchable spring reverb too. A bit tatty cosmetically but fully working and sounding great. Includes Fender 2 button footswitch to switch between drive/clean and reverb on/off. £100 Can be seen in Bath ideally but could probably be brought over to Bristol if that's more convenient.
20.
Had a YBA200, was great, had a dropping out of the bottom of a flightcase on the way gig incident, and it played fine. There was an issue with the mk1 that was fixed, should only be able to get mk2s now. Some valve swapping is often advised, is part of the fun.
Didn't think it was that great really. Ok but nothing special tone wise, didn't really have much character I thought. Loud, fairly warm and pretty well made amps though. Probably good value valve bass head. Edit: Just seen the new price and I'd go for a used one if you can find one. For the money they go for new you could get something else used that'd be better.
21. Barefaced Compact. Awesome pair.
22. Hmmmmmmmmm..... Don't suppose you're near Bristol any time soon?
23. £275. Nice one Umph, good buy.
