1.
I missed this by about 2 minutes, turns out it saved me a load of hassle  I would seriously keep pushing for it mate...
There's not much more pushing I can do. Ebay have said it's between me and the seller and are refusing to assist and the seller said she won't sell and will not respond to any more emails. I gave her a last warning and she didn't reply. Need to think up a short bit of nasty feedback that rules out her simply responding 'I made an error in the listing, apologised and refunded, case closed' which is what she keeps saying.
2.
If you're up for using a MIDI penal to control it...
Sounds dangerous! Not sure if I'm up for rack stuff at the moment to be honest, sounds interesting though.
3. Oooh, that Conical one sounds great! Have PM'd him on Talkbass. Will drop you a line if it doesn't work out Jack. Cheers guys!
4. Ooooh, sounds interesting, would love a looksee. Sure I can find someone to build it for me yea. The Aggies aren't going anywhere though I'm afraid.
5. Schecter PT Fastback guitar: These are still going for £600 in some places but I think they've stopped making them now. Grover tuners and Duncan Designed pickups both with coil tap. Never left my house since new, few scratches on the pickguard and two small dings in the binding but otherwise sound. After £300 Vintage Marshall 1960a. Think it's late 70's. Has Celestion G12T-75's in which aren't original but are the standard speakers for 1960 cabs. 300w 16 ohms. Missing one corner and has a small tear in the grill. More pics can be seen here: http://s4.photobucket.com/albums/y136/joeg...Marshall%20cab/ £275 Peavey 5150 MK1 guitar amp in good condition. Few scrapes cosmetically but recently had a full service and a new set of valves so it's in optimal working condition. Includes Peavey footswitch. £550 All available to view in Bristol.
6. Seems it's not gonna happen anyway. Very bad feedback being left now.
7. Tempted but if I'm gonna go GeorgeL I'd like to start with loads as I'd need at least 40 to do my whole board.
8. Interested in getting a low pass filter with expression pedal input. Anyone know if anyone other than Moog make them? Ideally want one not as pricey as the Moog.
9. Interested in a trade for my Black Cat octave fuzz?
10. Haha, it's not even that I'm not getting on with it - it sounds great. I just don't need it and am kinda broke at the moment.
11. Whereabouts are you?
12.
. If you manage to blow up a POD it would be cheaper than a valve guitar amp
How on earth could you blow up a POD like that? Most people seem to still be missing the point, he isn't putting 'bass' through the guitar amp. It's being used alongside a bass amp. If you can eq an amp ok and hear when speakers aren't happy there is no reason you should have ANY problems doing this.
13. Awesome. Wish I'd seen that sooner, I'd love a black passive one to go with my Magnum 4.
14. Interested in trades? Got a Black Cat Octave Fuzz and a few other bits perhaps.
15. Yup, same story here. Ebay said that it is between me and the seller and as they had already refunded me there was nothing they could do. I said this completely undermined eBay's 'entering into a contract' rules and that it completely ruins the whole point of eBay if a seller can just decide they don't want to sell at the end of the auction. What a massive waste of time.
16. Not doing any sneaky stuff as I'm totally in the right and want eBay to see it that way. Latest reply from seller: "Hi Joe: I have explained the situation, apologised and refunded your payment. I have nothing further to say on the issue."
17. Not going well. The seller isn't cooperating at all and eBay sent me a useless reply simply saying I couldn't open a conflict as I haven't paid for the item (I did but was refunded) and I already have another case open (complete non response from another seller after sale). Argh, gonna try phoning eBay tomorrow. Is it worth me sending payment straight back? Hesitant as the refund won't clear into my account for ages.
18. Definitely gonna keep it if it works out my way.
19. Just spotted this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Boss-Super-Octave-O3...0#ht_500wt_1182 Seems like a good price, especially with an adaptor.
20. Yea, sent a strongly worded email to the seller and am in talks with eBay now. I can't open a case straight away as they already refunded me. I'm guessing that the seller offered it to me afterwards for much more won't bode well for them.
21. The seller said they meant to list it at £135.99 instead of £35.99. She said if I make an offer near that she'll consider it. This doesn't really seem on. The seller sells a lot of clothing and it seems the kinda situation where she'd value her (presently huge) positive feedback but I'd still feel pretty guilty every time I used the pedal... Don't know what to do.
22. Really? It's happened to me before when someone listed something for 99p BIN instead of 99p start and I let them refund me. This time it's much more annoying, she's already refunded me, can I really kick up a fuss? It doesn't seem very friendly.
