1.
Isn't that gonna be the same setup as Joe is my point!
Hehe, yea. Good setup though. Can't believe he sold the LP for £625. Madness.
2. Selling my Boss Giga Delay. Haven't got it in front of me right now but pretty sure it's in perfect condition. Have the box and manual etc. Excellent delay pedal with tap tempo and loads of cool features including savable presets and SOS mode which can be used for stereo looping. Will take proper pictures when I get it from the practice space if anyone needs them. £90 + postage or trade for a good octave up pedal such as MicroPOG or Octron etc.
3. Good grief that is stupendously attractive.
4. Is this the one I used to have? Can't remember who I sold it to. If so, sorry about the battery clip thing, I had no idea and never had any problems with it. Although actually, now I think about it I only used it with a battery in the short time I had it.
5. May be interested in the Sunn cab, what sorta price you after? Any pics?
6. Would love an ASAT, especially this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/New-G-L-USA-ASAT-Bass-...3QQcmdZViewItem
7. Gorgeous, so wish I could afford this so it could stay in Bristol.
8. That Bad Monkey is a bargain. Love mine to bits, great for bass overdrive. Compares favourtably to much more expensive pedals and has loads of low end if you need it. Someone buy it before I talk myself into a second one.
9. Not looking to get rid of the DD20 at the moment I'm afraid. I've also just worked the DD6 into a few songs at practice tonight so am keeping that now too. Sorry. Pretty stupid thread. :-)
10. No worries to both of above. Give me a call if you find yourself about at all tomorrow then Kev, I'm at home pretty much all day but working from about 5.
11. Thinking of getting rid of my DD6 as I have a DD20 and don't use either that much. Interested in pedals or maybe a good gig bag + cash or something. If there is some genuine interest I'll take some pics. Should have the box and manual somewhere too.
12. Oooh. I'll take the case if thats ok. Tomorrow late morning any good?
13. Not exactly rare but a pretty good price methinks: http://bristol.gumtree.com/bristol/25/23963725.html
14. I'd say get the Jamman if you have a use for the USB and the mic input. You can also save loops, stop and undo which I don't think you can do on the Headrush.
15. First amp was a Marshall JCM800 bass series with a butchered 2x15 PA cab. Then sold them and got a Peavey T-Max and 410TVX (wanted something more modern). Didn't like the 10's and found it all too modern so sold them and got a Trace Twin Valve and two butchered 1x15 PA cabs. Then the Twin Valve with an SWR Triad (still trying to get the modern/retro balance). Then got my Aguilar GS412 and started using the Twin Valve as a preamp through a 1200w power amp. Traded the twin Valve for a Sansamp RBI. Sold the RBI and bought my Sunn 1200s which I'm still using with my (now two) GS412's. Really happy with this. Best live sound thuogh was a 70's SVT and my GS412. Best recorded sound was my Sunn 1200s through one GS412 and G-Bitch's V4 through the other.
16. Cool, I'm in the process of moving so don't hold it on my behalf or anything. Still not sure about trading the GS412 yet really either. Won't be in the practice space (where the cab is) for a fortnight I'm afraid.
17. Pretty good. Perfect working condition, carpet coming away a bit at the bottom on the back (usual kick back area), some of the screws at the back are a tad rusty. From the front it looks fine. I'd love to keep it really as the VBA400 would be great with it. Trying to think of a way to get the cash together.
18. Would love this so much. Not sure but don't suppose you'd be interested in a trade for an Aguilar GS412?
19. Was it hard to make? Don't suppose you'd share the schematic?
20. Oooh. Does it change the sound of the bass much?
21. I personally wouldn't recommend the Diago's, especially the bigger ones if you're going to be doing serious touring. They are just chipboard. The guitarist in my band had the Tourman and it constantly falls to bits, he's replacing the hinges and catches all the time. Meanwhile, I bought a large mixer flight case (full flight ATA) brand new from a small flight case company from their 'bargain bin' for £50 and two years later and loads of tours and a few fligts later it's still going strong. I'd say go NSP or Spider. Or watch out for cases on used cases on Ebay. If you want a largeish one look for mixer or keyboard ones. Generally, ones made specifically for pedalboards are loads more for no good reason.
22. Is this it? http://www.grandm.ru/torque/eng/tbg2010.htm
23. Is it definately a 10" not an 8"?
