Nice copy of a Geddy Lee jazz bass .. price drop £250 - 2 piece poplar body by Durham Guitars (70’s pup spacing) new - decent Chinese jazz neck (blocks / binding painted) new - Schaller tuners - Hipshot A brass bridge - Bareknuckle 60 PE https://www.bareknucklepickups.co.uk/pickup/ba/j-bass-60-pe Bass is a little heavy due mainly to hardware. E string had bit of a buzz but tiny bit of rubber wedged between saddle .. sorted. A few minor scratches (by G tuner bushing) Satin finish but you can still feel the grain. May break for spares if there’s not any interest, bareknuckle pickups are some of the best jazz pups & I’ve tried a fair few over the years !

Jazz bass trade no longer an option but might consider some boutique pedals &/or (pre) amp &/or combo with cash my way

SOLD - got these Gotoh tuners for a project but just too small .. these are 14mm diameter & I need 18mm, so will trade for other decent black tuners & pay difference for upgrade

Cheers Luke, I’ve spent quite a bit of time going through the neuroapp on pc & it’s incredible what this pedal can do ! Even used separate input to run my synth through foldback distortions and mixed back with bass guitar in other input (stereo to mono) both with separate compressor as well .. But I think I’m just an analogue kid at heart & really just need one basic sound for what I want to do ..

Even though it has a ‘blend’ knob & works pretty well on bass, I guess it’s still a guitar pedal ..

Withdrawn - Great pedal from James Brown (Peavey 5150 designer) these Amptweaker pedals actually have some really clever features .. this one was designed for strat / tele single coil type guitars that needed less top & more bottom .. works well on bass for Muse type bass like on hysteria & starlight, just turn ‘tight’ knob down for fuller bass. Runs off 9v battery or psu upto 18v for more headroom/clarity. Effects loop pre or post (switch underneath) which is only on when pedal engaged (red led) I had envelope filter with distortion for example & another loop (side track) for when pedal is off (green led) so whatever is in loop is now active with one stomp ! Take active basses too. Built like a tank so quite heavy. Now discontinued .. £150 posted

Here’s a decent 34” headless 4 string I made from a J & D 75 jazz as a donor neck & body, got frets levelled before modding. One little dent on neck & plenty of rough parts on body etc but was always meant as a ‘distressed’ type lol Not a lightweight but definitely no neck dive ! Pickups wired in parallel to just a volume pot. Schaller strap lock buttons. ABM (German) bell brass string retainers. They do move a little if you over tighten but I’ve not had any issues with them. ETS (German) bridge / tail piece. Hudson jazz pickups. Withdrawn - almost new set of NYXL 55-110 .. I bought these for a ‘down-tuned’ project that’s not happening so these strings have been on my bass (4 in-line) for 5-10mins play .. the 110 E string is new (unused) as I used a normal d’addario xl 130 for a B as tuning was drop B ..
