  1. I quite like my Bagend 12s (212 & DIY 112) but not really an option in the UK unless you can find used. Best cab I've used for rock esp with cranked GK 400RB however, it's probably a buyers market & there are lots of fine cabs out there so you're sure to find something good (if you're patient enough)
  2. B string is fine I was playing in drop A with Elixir nano web steels & it was also fine (big full sound). I think the quality ETS bridge is the difference coz it wasn't nearly as good before.
  3. Open to offers
  4. Bought a nice pedal off Daz .. delivered on time as promised Si

  6. Withdrawn - DIY 112 cab I built using a Bagend speaker I took out of my 212 as it was replaced under warranty due to a slight crease on the cone, which doesn't affect it at all. Dimensions are : H 18" (minus feet) W 15.5" D 15" These ceramic bagend speakers (custom made by eminence) are very efficient but don't put out lots of low end which can be a good thing. Inputs are neutrik speakon & cab is made out of 18mm ply & built to very similar spec to the original, not as well finished but still a great cab ...white with black hardware, Here's a link to original cab for spec etc as this DIY is very close : http://bagend.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/S12-D.pdf Simon Ps. I'd rather you checked cab out in person really to make sure you're happy .. It's loud btw lol
  7. Okko Coca Comp is a strong candidate for what you're after as I was looking for the same, however I never got to try one as I found & kept a Rothwell Love Squeeze & am very impressed with it. Previous comps I had all added too much noise (two we're boutique ones) but the Rothwell doesn't .. my 2c
  8. I'm wanting to get back jamming with like minded 'musicians'. I want to play heavy type riffing / bit prog with little ambient elements, nothing too serious but with possible gigs at some point, ideally similar age (I'm 49) & in Bradford or near BD16. Think 'Tool meets Rush with a dash if Pink Floyd' but I'm open to all ideas So if you fellow BCers know any guitar players who might be interested please ask them to get in touch. Or drums / keys .... Here's my mobile 07505769753 cheers Simon
  9. Just recently acquired a Rothwell Love Squeeze & think this is a keeper .. previous compressors have been Markbass / Diamond / TC Spectracomp & for various reasons I've moved them on (mainly added noise), this Rothwell is so quiet !
  10. Deal with confidence guys !
  11. Nice one ! Let us know if you're ever gigging round Leeds/Bradford area .. I'll be there
  12. How good / sensitive is 'igor' ?
