The minim is correct (assuming you want to write a note lasting two beats). I'd write that rhythm with a double dot, like this:

Hi, I have two feedback threads running in parallel for many years. Is it possible to combine them without losing any posts? https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/159971-jrixn1/ https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/235844-jrixn1-feedback/ Thanks!

Aguilar AG 5P-60CL pickup for 5-string precision bass. £105 posted in the UK. Now sold From https://www.aguilaramp.com/pickup-series/p-bass-pickups/: "Based on Dave Boonshoft’s personal 1963 and 64′ Precision basses, this pickup is designed to capture the vibe and feel of the 60’s. Using period correct heavy Formvar wire and Alnico V magnets, these pickups are specially wound to deliver the warmth and midrange “nose” that defines a great 60’s P-bass pickup." The "CL" indicates it's the smaller cover; I had these in a Sandberg VM5. You can check the dimensions here: http://www.aguilaramp.com/wp-content/uploads/aguilar-pickup-5p-60cl.pdf These are the pickups to get a classic Precision bass sound; selling as I no longer own that bass.

Account Settings → Signature → View Signatures? Not sure what the default is, but I have it off as too many people have annoying (large) sigs.

You can get ethernet to USB converters for about a tenner.

In general (but I suppose not always), I'd expect one of the chords in a progression to be the I (that's why it's called the "home" key: because you return there after going on a journey). So I'd go with bVI V I in F.

Yep, this is my experience. Half the time, they are really great and super helpful; the other half, they couldn't care less that I exist. For niche/uncommon items sometimes they are the only place to go, but otherwise I avoid if I possible.

The Roland Cube has a output labelled "Recording Out/Phones". Using a normal guitar cable, connect that to the "Return" input on the back of the Behringer. Only the "Master" control on the Behringer will now be in use i.e. you get the sound of the Cube, but just a lot louder. Or yes, try your other suggestion of a multi FX pedal. If you don't already have one, I saw this current thread https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/445593-budget-multi-fx/ and agree that the Zoom B1 Four could be a good place to start. It all depends really on what type of sound you want to go for; or if you don't know yet, then the Zoom is a good way to experiment. The Zoom's probably a better bet overall, unless you absolutely adore the sound coming out of the Cube (which is a guitar amp, I think).

What make/model are your low-wattage modelling amp and main amp? Or could you post photos of the inputs & outputs on each. I think it will be easier for people to advise if it's known exactly what equipment and connections are available.
-
Ah ok, so pretty much at the minimum level possible. I haven't used H4n Pro so can't comment on its suitability. Hope you figure out the best solution!
-
You're setting the recording level manually, yes, not using an automatic setting?
-
It's a good point that not all through-body are at the same angle. It also depends on where the saddles are in relation to the string body hole. On one bass I've owned, once intonated the saddles were almost on top of the string holes, so the break angle would be almost 90'; but I could imagine with a different design the string holes could be further back.
-
Does your interface has a lower input impedance than your amp? This would affect the sound. How does it sound if you DI from the amp?
-
What is your security concern about going through the bridge? The chance of damaging the string through an extreme break angle when going through the body is very real, but the possibility of the bridge being ripped off when stringing through the bridge is very unlikely.
