Looks nice mate and It's one of the original JV's with the Fender logo, bought mine just after they change to the big Squier logo, it was the hounds testes. Providing it's been looked after, its worth making an offer. Seen these go for over a grand in the past, but these days it's a buyers market, so you could get it for a decent chunk below the asking price. Good luck Mark.

The treble side of the headstock is the wrong shape also and the String Tree is in the wrong place to be a Fender. Possibly a Chinese Squier or more than likely something along the lines of a Jim Deacon.
