1. Never had this happen before and I'm not fancying the job of trying to drill them out myself, anybody got any idea of the potential cost of getting a luthier to sort it?

Fave guitar solo?

+1 for Blackmore. Here's two gems that really show off his creativity!
3. This bastard thing! It's been going for the past 20 mins or so, and I can tell you now I'm not wearing the same expression as Henry.
4.
Shame the recent Rush offerings (i.e. after 1993!!) can't replicate some of the masterful songwriting exhibited on some of those thirteen albums...
+1 with the exception of Presto everything after Grace Under Pressure has done nowt for me.
5. Never noticed the overhang but did notice the cheap sh*t nut!

7.
Because you wouldn't wear this:
I guess Lfalex v1.1 is the one on the far right
8. Bought a Mighty Mite neck off of Mark and just like with the other things, well pleased. Ggreat comms, well packed, fast delivery. Top bloke, buy with confidence.
9. They're appaling! There'll be parents up and down the country scratching their heads, while saying to their teenage son's "Wot the bloody hell have you bought that thing for?"
10.
Gotta be worth £50.
No chance! More like 50p considering I got a Squier VM Precision for £50 off of there last month. (smug mode engaged)
11. Just letting you know that a Mighty Mite Jazz neck will fit with no problems, I've replaced one in the past. Here's the result! http://
12. Have a (It's absolutely lovely that! That rosewood board sits better with the natural finish than the original maple did, it brings to mind John Deacon's stripped back '67. I'm about to do the opposite, by putting a maple board Mighty Mite neck on an Olympic White VM Precision, which again IMO sits better.) bump on me.
13. Nevermind! you could always hoy it straight on Gumtree. There's loads of young Index and little finger wavers out there that'll think that's just the thing for them!
14. Gone to the land of Tartan & Bagpipes.
15. Excellent read, got 7 of them! Was quite surprised at seeing Fleet Foxes, Bjork & Radiohead in there. Note to self, must have a listen to some Jefferson Airplane, but Jethro Tull can stay in the shops!

Fave guitar solo?

Often viewed as the clown of punk, Captain Sensible IMO is quite a guitar maestro. http://youtu.be/rYjabBNTIrg One of Bill Nelson's finest solo's http://youtu.be/sTaZESeI1Fw

Fave guitar solo?

Six string bliss! Due to vinyl limitations, sadly this gem never made it onto UFO's Strangers In the Night album. Charlie Owen's excellent solo's
18.
Indeed, but that wasn't the Definitive Damned sound.
+1. It's Machine Gun Etiquette & the Black Album for me, they beat all that Brian James penned drivel on so many levels!
19. sorry mate then it wouldn't be worth my while selling for £120 then paying £25-£30 postage.

Fave guitar solo?

This is could go on and on! Captain Sensible's lovely little solo kicks in at 3:59 http://youtu.be/Ln3CFyq9TSk Paul Gilbert rocking up the Spice Girls, the solo at 4:50 is sublime. http://youtu.be/QrPUWkZQZSw

23.
I don't think Sid recorded any bass parts on Never mind the bo**ocks or R&R Swindle, I think it was Glen Matlock and Steve Jones.
When asked about this a few years back on Jonesy Jukebox, Steve Jones said that both Sid and Matlock played on one song, they were Bodies and On Anarchy In The U.K. respectively. All the rest of the bass was played by himself.
24.
it's still up.
No mate, it's not the Tele I was referring too! It was a Jim Deacon P-bass I sold him that he was trying to pass of as a Squier in one of his other listings ...It's definitely down
