  2. Yeah, and they're around the same level! 😂
  3. I was really expecting this to be you know who.
  4. Re try. Bought in November for a project that hasn't got off the ground. The box was only opened so I could take the photos. They originally came without screws, but I've added some. Price includes P&P Post to UK mainland only.
  5. It's £265 now, that is an absolute steal!! I cant understand why these aren't holding their price as well as the Epi Classic IV Pro's do. Can't blame them for not wanting to ship if there's no case involved though.
  6. That's a Gibson mate. Orville was the name they traded under in Japan back then!
  7. All of what hiram suggests above. Especially Strap locks, they're are a must!
  8. Totally agree! I bought the Sunburst around 18 months ago, and then later got the version Olympic White for an unignorable bargain price. Both are totally stock and deliver exactly what a Precision should. The only slight downside is the anaemic looking Indain Laurel fingerboards, which can be remedied with some Montypresso.
  9. I like Fender & Squier Precisions and Gibson & Epiphone Reverse Thunderbirds. But I don't like bastardised versions of those classic basses, with their aesthetically displeasing headstocks. Eg. Lulls, G&L's, Sire etc. No matter how good they're cracked up to be. Oh and let's not forget those hideous things with the names Ibanez, Yamaha, Dingwall and Fodera. 🤮
  10. That wire requires a crimp to keep it in the housing, but the conundrum here is knowing the type of crimp that is required and removing the one already in there. The other thing you could do is make the bass passive then it will at least sound a bit more like a Thunderbird should.
  11. Absolutely stunning bass! Circumstances made me have to sell mine back in 1990. It's still a painful memory.
  12. Dad Company Dad's Atomic Dustbin Prefab Dad Simple Dads Dad Maneuvers In The Dark Teenage Dadclub
  13. They are great basses, I have one in Ebony, but sadly they're not holding their price like the Classic Pro's are.
  14. Being in the same Colourblindness boat, and having both sets at present, I'd say Ernie Ball's too! The lighter ones are looking like Group IV's (40-60-70-95) and the slightly darker ones Group III's (45-65-80-100) Both sets have Gold ball ends.
  15. Good bridges and decently priced too! I have them on two of my Precisions. I didn't know Hosco are a part of the Gotoh brand.
  16. I use the Brave browser on both my PC and phone and I wasn't even aware the obviously annoying Privacy tab existed.
  17. That's one beautiful bargain mate, I wish I had £850 to give you.
  18. Yes, yes you should and then you can sell me that MM neck 🙂
