The impression I got from accessing the site (both full and mobile versions) from my tablet is that the Go To Last Post button/blue circle isn't that resposive. In other words, it's not that I fail to hit it the first time - it's just that it ignores my touch until I hit it a second (and sometimes a third) time. I know that that may be due to my tablet being really crap and slow etc., then again, maybe not.

I didn't receive a notification for your post, though, Chris. I've just gone through the uncheck-save-check-save routine once again and, hopefully, if it's fixed, it will now work.

These images of crazy DBs are making me think of the sports-car-vs.-penis-size concept! Really, a DB player doesn't need his - er - instrument to be shiny like that. It's already big enough! And if the DB player is a woman, she'd be noticed even if she played an invisible one...

I wouldn't play an aluminium bass guitar, so I assume I'd shun an aluminium double bass too. Mind you, I definitely would have a go on it first, though

Brilliant. I'm on board with Twitter - just let me know. The Gigs forum, on the other hand, is still waiting for an admin to create a new subforum for testing the band media section. I'll give you guys here a shout when that happens, in case your bands want to publish live material as well as studio stuff.

Just wait for the photos!!

I had promised to try the subforum setup eventually, and I think it will work, if other BCers add their own bands to it. If, after some time, I notice that the forum starts languishing and the threads don't get updated, I'll revert to the single area setup. Now it's just a matter of waiting until an admin finds the time to help me, as I'm not allowed to create new directories.
