I'm in awe. I simply can't get along with wrongly-shaped basses, as in righties used upside-down. It's not just the knobs in the wrong place, it's the moulding of the back and the cutouts, and basically everything else... Even worse than having to use "normal" scissors with your left hand (I now use them with my right out of desperation).

Bit of a catch-22 here. Many left-handed people learn to play instruments right-handed because there are too few models, and they don't sell on easily, and manufacturers don't offer more left-handed models because there are far fewer left-handed players than left-handed people (the latter already being a minority).
