  3. I like Ibanez,I still have a roadster rs900 lovely bass very heavy but I couldn't part with it. Also have a RDGR bass very versatile and sounds good. An SR1000e 1987 soundgear quality bass And an SR505 I'd have no qualms gigging any of them and I picked them all up for reasonable prices so I'm not complaining.

  19. mine too must'nt grumble for £2 works fine
  20. im still waiting sure it will turn up at some point
  21. yeah i think he should've told you about the frets, as they look a bit rough and like you say original parts for it would'nt be cheap now, so for what you paid i think maybe he should give you a partial refund or if not a full refund as you dont sound that impressed with it. buying off the internet is always taking a chance but if i buy from a shop or a company i always feel if it's not as described i can return it.
  22. i didnt have a refret just a fret stone, i thought it might it need a refret but luckily it didnt it had some major wear but theres life in the old dog yet.
  23. yeah its not a 9 out of 10 is it but if its original and just needs some fretwork could be worse i had my my yamaha bb1000s frets done recently, they were very worn but there perfect now £50 it cost me but the luthier did say it would need a refret next time but i have never worn any frets badly so should last me many a year.
  24. my rivertone stradobass [attachment=228320:RV1_Stradobass.jpg]
