2. i have a rockinbetter bass and i rounded the thread off the truss rod after some deliberation i remembered i had bought a set of screw extractorshttp://www.mpdirect.co.uk/p/6231/silverline-12-piece-screw-extractor-set anyhow tonight i gave it a go and it worked a treat anyone know where i can get a replacement for it ?
3. It went unsold for £200 a couple of days back i was tempted but i already own one,i have the maple version great bass mine is a weighty old thing gives it a nice tone though
4. Ive just had the same thing i ordered some pickups from only music.com and got hit for £13 something they charge £8 handling fee thats what pisses me off,tax me fair enough but idont have many options left to me regards handling fee and it doesnt make alot of sense i ordered pickup rings from fretsonthenet.com these cost more but i paid no tax or handling fee? I cant work it out.

thunderbird

some pictures of my epiphone thunderbird pro i bought this a while back and it had some pickup issues so its finally finished i fitted seymour duncan ssb pickups but ended up keeping original active circuitry and to be fair it sounds good and it no longer has any noise problems anyway i received some pickup rings from fretsonthenet.com and they arrived this morning so here it is in all its splendor! 8. Ive owned 5 jap precisions two e serial number 80s ones A p bass lite A squier series and a paisley I must say build quality is always good on the japanese ones fit and finish is always spot on And i put an spb1 seymour duncan in my old e serial and it was my main bass for years Ive owned two 70s a 77 & 75 i liked them both i dont mind a slight weight to a p gives it a bit more thump to my mind and i also had a 98 hot rod p bass that was the best sounding of all the p basses ive owned not because of the jazz pickup i never used it , i loved its precision sound and the neck was brilliant although it had a fair gap in the neck pocket So to get to the point for me all the japanese ones ive tried are good and if you get one for 400 and spend 100 on a decent pickup and wiring you have a p bass to be reckoned with and as for usa models i think mainly because of expense best to try before you buy and find the right one for you

16. i ordered a samsung galaxy for my wife last week off ebay for my wife, its gone missing i asked seller its wherabouts who in turn got in touch with royal mail its been signed for he said by mr hibbert ? i have no idea who mr Hibbert is and why would you deliver to someone other than the person on the package? it happened last year to me they delivered a parcel to someone 3 doors down from my old house who i dont particularly get on with, they never put a card through my door to tell me and he didnt bring it round to me so weeks later royal mail tell me where it was delivered,i go round and they say yeah we have your parcel and we were wondering when you were gonna collect it ?

21. i would recommend the ibanez roadster rd500 ive got one you get the stingray tone with the bonus of a neck pickup which is very powerful plus it has coil tap for all sorts of options and the output is very hefty it says ibanez duncan pickups on mine and they are really punchy i owned a usa musicman sub and i prefer this bass one for sale here http://basschat.co.uk/topic/189978-fsft-ibanez-rd500-for-5-string/page__fromsearch__1
