hi everyone i've only ever brought one bass to gigs but i'm now bringing two cos i'm sick off having to drop d and retune 2/3 times a set, just wondered if any drop d players here have an opinion on what gauge they prefer for the bottom string, i want it to sound punchy but deep. ernie ball and rotosounds are my prefered string but then again i don't think i've ever tried any others lol any ideas?
