change the battery before every practice and gig

I'm upgrading my dean Metalman ML's pick-ups due to the sound being too distorted [b]before[/b] putting throw my pedal, so i've decided to replace the pick-ups with something more clean due to my band needing a really clean for most the songs, So does anyone have any suggestions on what Pick ups to replace the Dean Dual Active Pickups with something more clean, (And the amps i've been using have active pick-up support)

I only learned how to play in sync with a drummer very resently (last 3 months) from 4 years of playing without playing, so learnung is ongoing

Sounds like all my session work i've done resently but sounds better then a few i've heard, like having just the backing vocals their or worst yet just the lead guitarist (Joking)

only have 3, all jazz pickup styled ^_^ best for metal, Custom Bass, Ibanez 5 string and Dean metalman Shame i only use one for everything (the 5 string) Wish i had two for the tuning changes for live performances
