Quick question - which La Bella flats have black silks?
dannybuoy replied to Clarky's topic in Accessories and Misc
Good, just checking - I bought a used set on here a while back and have yet to fit them! -
It's not just neodymium, China has a monopoly on many rare earth materials that we depend on: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/8385189...chnologies.html

While we're on the topic, do the 760FL set have red silks? -
No, but then I don't need more headroom from it. I should really give it a go and pick up one of those voltage pumps
Diago have them for sale even if their website says otherwise. I got an isolation adapter for the Freaker wah too, all running from the Johnnyshredfreak! Both adaptors come with right angled tips now too.

Tried the SFT at 18v yet Ste? It's my OD of choice right now, the BB is looking on in jealousy.
Is there any secret to using the Muff alongside an Overdrive pedal? My ODB3 has a selector for distortion, but it very quickly turns to muck.
Run an overdrive / boost into a Bass Big Muff set to dry mode and you get a super heavy yet defined distortion. You have to mod the BBM with an extra volume control to make the dry mode useable though!

Even worse still, you can only view it when logged in as Yorick. How about attaching the pic here or via imageshack?

Can't go wrong with one of these: http://www.johnnyshredfreak.com/store/inde...;products_id=12 http://www.johnnyshredfreak.com/store/inde...products_id=248 http://www.johnnyshredfreak.com/store/inde...;products_id=17 The brick fits under a PT Junior, or in the slot of a PT Mini, probably a Nano but I've not tried!

I'd be interested if it was a threatless.

I bought this not too long ago on here, but have realised I love the sound and feel of my Yamaha BB415 too much, so I think I'll save towards the 1025X Super BB instead! Ash / flame maple body, maple neck with rosewood board, Bartolini Mk1 pickups and pre, Hipshot tuners... It's a lot of bass for the money... for which I am asking for £300. I recently fitted a brand new set of nickel DR Lo Riders, and it'll also come with the D'Addario half-rounds that were on there previously. No case or gig bag I'm afraid, and I don't have a suitable box so pick up only or can meet in London or anywhere near Croydon! Hope Jayblaze doesn't mind me re-using the original photos, but here she is: No trades, unless you happen to have a BB1025X!

Time to sell a few pedals I haven't used in a while! All prices include postage within the UK, although I can meet around Croydon or London and I'll knock a fiver off. I don't have any pics to hand but can get some taken if necessary - but all are immaculate apart from the 442 filter and Yamaha Octaver which were slightly worn when I received them. Also, all apart form the Yamaha have velcro on the bottom - I can remove this upon request, removing all trace of glue gunk in the process! Only trades I'm currently interested in would be a Wren & Cuff Phat Phuk B or Tall Font Russian. SFX X&M - SOLD/u] This unique blender splits your signal into high and low channels, letting you apply separate FX chains to both. Sounds great with distortion, delay, modulation, filter or wah on the top end of your signal, keeping the low end pure and intact. More info here. SFX Micro Fuzz - £80 - SOLD Supremely bass heavy fuzz that's sounds similar to a Big Muff with more gain and lows and has a synth-like quality with the gain cranked. A clone of the Colorsound Bass Fuzz I believe, sounds great for Muse-style distortion. Just noticed they've added a mid-switch to this pedal, this one does not have it. More info here. Earthbound Audio Supercollider Beast - £175 - SOLD Thought I would never sell this but here I am. I'm not sure whether these are still being made, but with this having serial #001 it could be seen as a collector's item! Really not sure what to ask for this, but seeing as they're hard to get hold of and I'm not going to be upset if it doesn't sell I'm starting off at the price above. Review thread here. SFX S&M - £80 - SOLD A parallel blender like the Boss LS-2, but with better components and true bypass (although fewer modes!). More info here. Tonefactor 442 Analogue Filter - £50 - SOLD This is a DOD 440 filter clone, tweaked for bass. Rather subtle compared to most filters, sounds great in genres like rock where you don't want to sound like Bootsy Collins! Also sounds awesome after fuzz (clip). This is one of the earliest models before they officially made a bass version, I think it used to belong to Tayste. Finished in black sparkle paint (you won't find another one in this colour), it's in good condition but some of the print has faded slightly. Yamaha OC-01 Octaver - £30 - SOLD Classic 80s Japanese octave pedal, sounds great and tracks well also. It has a more natural sound to it more akin to the EBS Octabass than the synthiness of the Boss OC-2. Bought on impulse as a new toy to play with, but have no real use for it! This has some areas of worn paint but it's otherwise solid.
