1. I’m putting this one back up for sale as I think it will have more chance of selling than the metallic pink (!) one that I’ve also got. As the more expensive basses I’ve put up for sale have not sold and with too much incoming recently something needs to be moved on. Most people on here know about these basses and for my money they are the best £ for £ bass your money can buy you. Almost certainly one of the most under rated and under appreciated basses out there. Superb quality, superb range of tones, very playable basses. Transparent Red finish, a couple of dinks and dents here and there but nothing that is serious at all. The Transparent red finish highlights the lovely grain on this bass. This electrics / wiring loom have recently been upgraded with a kit from Basschat’s Ki0gon. Controls are Volume/Volume/Tone/Tone. This is an excellent upgrade and has taken an already great bass to another level, definitely a worthwhile and significant upgrade. I have kept and bagged up the original electrics and will also include these in the sale. Once this is sold I will be ordering another kit to drop into my metallic pink(!) SB301 - that’s how good the kit is! Any trial or inspection welcome and happy to send more pics or information. More than happy to ship also. Price is £175.00, remember this includes the upgraded electrics and also the stock electrics. NOW GONE........ Feel free to PM me with any trade bait, +/- cash either way... Thanks For Looking
2. Decent bargain bass bump....
3. Good News: I saw them in Manchester on Friday and though they were very good indeed, up until the last few months I've avoided Level 42 as the songs and bass playing used to do nothing for me my old opinion on Mark King being - impressive technique but is it musical?, also I hesitate to put this but some of the songs are 'cheesy'..again, runs for cover , of course I was basing this on the mainstream stuff and not the early stuff. .....now a bit older and wiser I've come around to it as I was looking for other strings to add to my bow (so to speak). The songs do stand up to the test of time in a cheesy / retro sort of way. I though Mark King was on top form playing wise and banter / interaction with the crowd. Bad News: I missed Down and Orange Goblin at the Academy as they were on the same night.
4. Potential interest, but nothing firm yet bump.......
5. Did another deal with Russ as a trade. Straightforward - no hassle. A pleasure again - deal in confidence

10. I've had too much incoming recently so something needs to be moved on. Westfield P Bass Copy - actually a very good Thumpy P bass in it's own right. I believe all the hardware is Wilkinson. I rate these as a good / very good back up or starter bass, certainly a significant step above the Encore / Jim Deacon type of things. Came to me in a little bit of a state but since having it I've cleaned it up, sorted out the action, new strings, new volume control knob. Price is £50 - NOW SOLD Any trial or inspection welcome
11. Warwick Corvette Proline 1992 - Lined Fretless Defretted - Nirvana Black Another bass that I don’t really want to be selling but I’ve had too much incoming recently so something needs to be moved on. A nice earlyish Warwick Corvette, Lovely slim all Wenge neck Defretted and a very good job it is too. As the pictures show there are some signs of use on the body but nothing serious just marks from being well played. The bass is 20 years old! Regularly waxed since I’ve had it. The bass has also had new strings and recently been set up by local Guitar Tech Steve Robinson, intonation is perfect. GONE GONE GONE
12. Warwick Corvette Standard Bubinga 2009 Active/Passive - German Made Another bass that I don’t really want to be selling but I’ve had too much incoming recently so something needs to be moved on. Superb bass, absolutely excellent condition, lovely slim neck. A damn good looking bass as well - probably the best grain I’ve seen on these Bubinga Corvettes - and it looks even better in the flesh. Regularly waxed and comes with the usual Warwick goodies. SOLD Any trial / inspection welcome.

14. I sold an Alesis SR16 Drum Machine to Chris. Great transaction and was completely understanding when I encountered a little hitch - Top man. Thanks again Chris
15. Russ, - I've got the Westfield P Bass Copy if that suits, unless you want something a bit 'better; I've got some Duncan Designed Pups to drop into it as well if that helps?
16. NOW SOLD Fender M-80 Combo 160 watts solid state combo. Made in the '90s great combo amp from a period when Fender were making great bass amps. Very versatile amp, suitable for home use and small to medium sized gigs with line out available for larger gigs. But capable of going very loud as a stand alone combo. 1x15" Combo amplifier. 160w @ 4ohm / 110 (ish)w @ 8ohm. Surprisingly good built in switchable chorus effect with rate and depth knobs. Built in limiter 1 x 15", 8 ohms Fender blue speaker. Two inputs, for passive or active basses Fender's 'exclusive' compression, 'DELTACOMP' is included also. This is an adaptive compression system.
