  1. Signal chain is same on all 3. Settings may be different a little due to recording on different days months apart. Signal Chain: Spector Euro 4 LX (non trim Tonepump) > Tech 21 DP-3X > GK 800 Fusion. The final mix is a blend of the full chain from micing the cab and also DI out from pedal.
  2. Will ask the engineer and studio. Any preference on which song? Broken Man and Holy Man were tracked on one day and Sexy Slug some months later thanks to lockdown......
  3. I'll see what I can get from the engineer. I think I have an early drum and bass only mix of Broken Man (scroll up for the track) but dont think I have anything isolated on Sexy Slug.
  4. Thanks @Lozz196 - Yes, all our own material. The 3 songs we've released recently are linked in here:
  5. New single - Video inside!!

New Single Day! - "Sexy Slug"

    Fun song and fun video.

  6. ...and for the final one - Spector Euro 4 In Action: Here is the last song in our trilogy of recent recordings. Listen to this and give your neck a six pack!!!
  7. Song number 3 released today. The dUg pedal is the only pedal in the signal chain here:
  8. Another new song and video - "Sexy Slug". Signal Chain: Spector Euro 4 LX > Tech 21 DP-3X > GK 800 Fusion > Barefaced Big Baby 2.
  9. I havent tried that combination so any comment would be just a guess on my part I'm afraid.
  10. Yes - I've had various Fender / Lakland / Status necks on it. All have fit ok with varying degrees of tolerance of course - some leave smallish gap, some are a tight fit. Another BC'er has messaged about taking the hardware - not confirmed as yet though - so another option is the raw body only for £40 posted Mainland UK.
  11. Squier Classic Vibe Precision 60’s - Mk1 - 2010 - Fiesta Red £399 Shipped Mainland UK- or socially distanced collection in Chorley, Lancashire. Squier Classic Vibe Precision 60’s. A reasonably early Mk1 version dating from 2010. It's got a few dings and dents as can be seen in the photos - no extra charge for the genuine roadworn appearance!! All works as it should - truss rod works fine and is responsive, I've had this set up with heavy gauge rounds and low tension TI flats and been able to easily dial in a great action with truss rod and bridge adjustments. 16. Wizard 84 Jazz Pickup - Bridge Bought this but then went in a different direction. Excellent condition - I think its brand new. The blurb: Darker, bassier and generally dirtier than the Sixty-Fours, these pickups are overwound to lower the overall tone. Loud and proud these pickups will drive any group. The bridge has a dc of 11.5kohms. Complete with black covers and black and white hook-up wires. £50 posted mainland UK.

Again- Did another deal with Martin!! Brilliant as ever, had a good old socially distanced chat again. A unusual transaction - this time with some non bass related fluid!!!!!
  18. Status Hiscox Case Bought a bass - non Status, came shipped in a Status hardcore. Call me old fashioned but I cant reconcile a Status bass in a non Status case....... All clasps are fine - good overall condition. £60 collected Chorley Lancashire, or can enclose in cardboard and ship at cost
  19. Boss BCB 60 pedal Board. £65 posted mainland UK. Has daisy chain power adaptors, but you will need a PSU - it just needs a regular 9V pedal psu. Foam has been cut but is more or less all there.
  20. Moon J J 4 String Bass - Early 80s -MIJ Jazz Bass- Open to Trades Youtube video of a similar spec (note - not the actual bass): £850 shipped Mainland UK. Moon J J 4 String Bass - Early 80s. Made In Japan. Some photos show when it was for sale at the Bass Gallery - and also my own my recent photos. Set up very well indeed, very tactile and easy to play. Its still wearing the flats from the set up at the Bass Gallery and is set up wonderfully - the playing action is just effortless. I believe the pickups date it to the early 1980s. Good overall condition given the age. A small scratch on the upper horn and a small scuff near the jack socket, please see photos. Therefore good condition for a bass that is c40 years old. Controls are Volume / Volume / Tone and a pickup selector switch. Also a push pull on the tone pot, for a mid boost voicing - see video above. Nice and punchy for a passive bass Weight is 5.3KG Specs: Fingerboard Material Ebony Body Material Ash Finish White Number of Frets 22 Scale Length 34" Pickups 2 JB Pre-Amp Passive
