  1. Snap!!! First concert Pantera at Manchester Apollo. Downset support. I was 16, 1994 I'm fairly sure. Both fantastic. This was in the days of getting a coach to and from Manchester Concerts from our local town. On the coach was an older brother of a lad I went through school with, he gave me and my pal a couple of beers, had a good chat about him not realising I was into 'this' sort of music. I remember we were seated in the Apollo and he was standing at the front, about 2 rows of standing at the front, the rest all seated!. So jealous. My neck was sore for days after!! Few months later, Megadeth and CoC, again both great. Youthanasia tour, I took my girlfriend's sister (!!), We got the meet and greet with the band after for donating some tins of food. As memory serves, I had to run into town again to buy the Ltd Ed 2 CD (with Hidden Gems) for the meet and greet token. Good Times.....
  2. Now offering - Free Screenwash top up on collection...
  3. Could have solid it a few times over if I could find a wide enough box and shipping costs weren't prohibitive.
  4. Hope this is ok in here. The final song of 3 tracks recorded over lockdown with my band. Our lead guitarist did all the work on the video too!!
  5. Awesome mate, would be good to see you. Yeah, a few have said Black Stone Cherry!.
  6. Ahhh, yep, the only pedal.....
  7. Signal chain is same on all 3. Settings may be different a little due to recording on different days months apart. Signal Chain: Spector Euro 4 LX (non trim Tonepump) > Tech 21 DP-3X > GK 800 Fusion. The final mix is a blend of the full chain from micing the cab and also DI out from pedal.
  8. Will ask the engineer and studio. Any preference on which song? Broken Man and Holy Man were tracked on one day and Sexy Slug some months later thanks to lockdown......
  9. I'll see what I can get from the engineer. I think I have an early drum and bass only mix of Broken Man (scroll up for the track) but dont think I have anything isolated on Sexy Slug.
  10. Thanks @Lozz196 - Yes, all our own material. The 3 songs we've released recently are linked in here:
  11. New single - Video inside!!

New Single Day! - "Sexy Slug"

    Fun song and fun video.

  12. ...and for the final one - Spector Euro 4 In Action: Here is the last song in our trilogy of recent recordings. Listen to this and give your neck a six pack!!!
  13. Song number 3 released today. The dUg pedal is the only pedal in the signal chain here:
  14. Another new song and video - "Sexy Slug". Signal Chain: Spector Euro 4 LX > Tech 21 DP-3X > GK 800 Fusion > Barefaced Big Baby 2.
  15. I havent tried that combination so any comment would be just a guess on my part I'm afraid.
  16. Just the one set left now - 1 x 4 String Gold/Brass Coloured
  17. No problem - PM me if you want to go for it...
  18. Yes - I've had various Fender / Lakland / Status necks on it. All have fit ok with varying degrees of tolerance of course - some leave smallish gap, some are a tight fit. Another BC'er has messaged about taking the hardware - not confirmed as yet though - so another option is the raw body only for £40 posted Mainland UK.
  19. Squier Classic Vibe Precision 60’s - Mk1 - 2010 - Fiesta Red £399 Shipped Mainland UK- or socially distanced collection in Chorley, Lancashire. Squier Classic Vibe Precision 60’s. A reasonably early Mk1 version dating from 2010. It's got a few dings and dents as can be seen in the photos - no extra charge for the genuine roadworn appearance!! All works as it should - truss rod works fine and is responsive, I've had this set up with heavy gauge rounds and low tension TI flats and been able to easily dial in a great action with truss rod and bridge adjustments. Specs: Model Name Classic Vibe Precision Bass ’60s Series Classic Vibe SeriesBody Basswood Neck Maple, Modern “C” Shape Fingerboard Rosewood, 9.5” Radius (241 mm) Number of Frets 20 Vintage Style Frets Pickups 1 Custom Precision Bass Split Single-Coil Pickup with AlNiCo 5 Magnets Controls Volume, Tone Pickup Switching None Bridge 4Saddle HiMass Bridge Machine Heads Open Gear Tuning Machines

  23. Harley Benton P Bass Body - PB 20 SBK Bought for a project but went in a different direction in the end. £50 posted Mainland Uk. Loaded as seen in the pics.
  24. Wizard 84 Jazz Pickup - Bridge Bought this but then went in a different direction. Excellent condition - I think its brand new. The blurb: Darker, bassier and generally dirtier than the Sixty-Fours, these pickups are overwound to lower the overall tone. Loud and proud these pickups will drive any group. The bridge has a dc of 11.5kohms. Complete with black covers and black and white hook-up wires. £50 posted mainland UK.
