  1. Labella 760F-MUS Flat Wound 30" Short Scale Bass Strings 43-104 RRP is £58.95. Now £30 posted Lightly used - Ive tried these for a couple of hours but not to my preference.
  2. Duncan Designed PB101 - Seymour Duncan P Bass Pickup. £16.50 posted Mainland UK Alnico V Magnets
  3. EMG BTC System - 3 Pot, Volume, Blend, Stacked Bass & Treble - £75 Posted Mainland UK Like this: https://www.emgpickups.com/btcsystem.html I'll add in the Bus Board connector shown in the photo - which will assist in tapping for power or non quick connect pickups as needed.
  4. For a volume / volume / tone set up? If so then yes.
  5. Removed from a bass and available again - £75 Posted
  6. Agreed - I tried 4 or 5 different sets of pickups and settled on the Tonerider ones.
  7. Warwick Dolphin Pro 2 - £549 Shipped Mainland UK No Trades. Recently got this back.....but need to recoup funds and be sensible. Warwick Dolphin Pro 2. No serial number anywhere that I can see. There are varying accounts as to whether the were made in Germany or Japan - plenty of info online should you want to research more. Although , that said, I don't think you'll find a clear answer on it!! Fairly rare basses and even more so in the burst finish, I think I have only seen one other burst finish (in green) with the others being solid colours. Definitely a Pro 2, not a Pro 1 as stated on the truss rod cover!. 2 J type pickups, pull up on volume pot to bypass the active loom. Controls are Volume / Blend and a stacked bass/Treble EQ. In my time of ownership it has had a new truss rod as the previous one was ineffective - an easy slide in and out job on these pre volute necks. The ding on the underside was also touched up for cosmetic reasons and to prevent it getting any worse. As well as the normal dings and dents commensurate with age there is a hairline crack originating from a tuning peg screw and a lacquer split from a control cavity screw. These were checked over by the guitar tech (Manchester Guitar Tech - Steve Robinson) who fitted the new truss rod and I was told they are stable, they've also had some glue dropped in for added peace of mind. There has been no movement in these in the 7 years that I've owned the bass. Understandably, that is a comment you'll have to take on trust / at face value, but please see my feedback for assurance of an honest / open transaction. Weight is 3.8Kg
  8. Flea Jazz Bass Bitsa Build Lakand Neck. £666 plus shipping at cost. Flea Jazz Bass Bitsa Build. Genuine Fender Roadworn Flea Bass Body Lakland Skyline Neck - Some cosmetic damage on neck - see photos. Some chewing around the truss - all works as it should. Lightweight unbranded tuning pegs. Cosmetically not perfect but a nice Jazz neck. The neck is a little narrow for the pocket (think vintage Fender!) so I've added a small approx 1mm shim down the side between the neck and the body. Close up photo of this below. For the photo I've lifted the shim a little out of the pocket and marked the edge in black so it can be seen in the photos - it would just need flipping back around for the natural colour. Current wearing a Kiogon solderless loom and plate - Vol / Vol / Tone with S1 series pull pot on the tone control for putting pickups in series - gives a P bass esque sound. I can swap this to a Kiogon Stacked Vol Tone / Vol Tone loom - however you'd need to get the correct 3 hole bell plate to fit. Tonerider Jazz Pickups are currently installed. Wilkinson bridge with brass coloured saddles. Tort plate now gone.....but can supply wearing an alternative blouse - see Photos.
  9. Keep the bits I sent!!.. Will cost more in postage than what they are worth.
  10. Haha - Wish I'd have known we could have combined postage!!!, given @ead only lives a Dingwall Scale distance away from me!
  11. Squire plate should be fine. There are some duplicate holes already on the bass. Another photo here which hopefully helps
  12. Badass Chrome Bridge £85 posted
  13. Apologies that was incorrect. The set up on this is: Volume - push pull active Bass Mid - push pull for high or low mids Treble Jack Socket So....you would need to wire in another volume pot before the preamp.
  14. If I understand correct - 5 pots, 2 volume, 3 EQ. I'd say that was possible. You would need to split out the stacked bass treble pot into individual pots and swap one of the volumes for a blend pot.
  15. Sold a bass to Colin - easy straightforward deal. Great guy to deal with -would be more than happy to deal with again.
  16. Markbass CMD102P & TRV102P Rig - With Covers - Both are Italian made. Taken recently in part ex against a bass - So no trades on these please. Markbass CMD102P - SOLD All work as they should. Please see photos cosmetically they are less than perfect - there is replacement felt on the front of the combo. I'm told a previous owners cat took a liking to the covering. I've got the black felt that came with the combo if a buyer wanted to dress these up a little more. These are the faces either side of the amp on the combo and also a couple of places on the rear of the cabinet - I've shown these as best I can in the photographs. I'd rate the combo as 7/10 cosmetically I'd rate the cabinet as 8.5 /10 cosmetically Apart from what is shown in the photos the rest of the condition is fine. Collection is Chorley, Lancashire. More than happy to send more photos / details etc as required. Covers included.
  17. 2 x Jazz Bell Plates The one on the left is standard Fender fit - £12 posted - SOLD The one on the right is smaller than normal Fender size - it still covers the cavity but holes dont quite line up - £8 posted
  18. EMG Jazz Pickups SJ5 & LJ5 Set New price looks to be c£150. £90 shipped Mainland UK. The LJ5 length is - 95mm The SJ5 length is - 90mm There appears to be conflicting info on the sizes of these online. Pickups are labelled as SJ5 / LJ5 as can be seen in the photos. For clarity please see my measurements above and also the photographs. I may be able to provide a loom (wiring and pots) depending on what you need (jazz standard Vol/Vol/Tone?) - or I have a spare EMG Bus Board which allows you to connect these to the hub and then break out via normal wiring / soldering to any pre amp. https://www.emgpickups.com/pub/media/Mageants/b/1/b157_0230-0113e.pdf
  19. Ha - cheers Mick, truth be told.......thanks to lockdown - she is applying a bit of pressure.....pressure to the neck is most effective too. I've not got to the keepers yet though!!
  20. 2U Rack Ears (x2) - £12 each shipped or £20 for both sets. Good quality, sturdy rack ears.
