1.
I'd forgotten one, the all-girl 'band' (I think they were more performance artists than actual musicians tbh) that were on first at the RHCP's gigs when James Brown was second on the bill, think it was a greatest hits tour. Man City's football stadium. Shambolic from start to finish. Think they were Australian but could be wrong, forget their name.
Ah yes, I remember that. Dixie Chicks??, they were awful. I recall John Frusciante saying it was uncool for giving them so much stick.
 2. Up for sale is my EBS Cabs of: 2 x Neo 110's No problem at all with any trial or test. More info here: http://www.gear4musi...ker-Cabinet/P34 All in very good condition. Small issue in that one of the cabs in that the spring loaded handle/tilt stand does not spring back automatically. Still works fine as a handle, tilt stand etc but rather than 'springing back' flush against the cab it needs to be folded back into place. A very minor issue and likely an easy fix but it's never bothered me as no functionality is lost. Pics here:

 4.
It's not usually my kinda music. I'm more 70s punk and new wave ........ but! This album is breathtaking! I've had it on repeat in the car for a few days. Makes me shiver listening to it. Some of it has had me in tears. The production is amazing, the songs are varied and powerful. This chick can do it - BIG TIME! There is a song on there called "When We Were Young" which could be the best song evaaar! Better than 21 if you ask me - and that is the 20th best selling album of all time (bet sales of that will increase on the back of this too). Fastest selling first week in the UK ever. Fastest selling first week in the US ever. A lot of people complain that you can't make it in the music industry nowadays - or that there's no music industry to make it in! Pah! I say. If you are this good - you can make it.
Couldn't agree more - and I'm an old rocker at heart. In the last week instead of blasting out rock riffs - I've been trying to work out the chords to Adele songs. Actually, in all honesty I haven't made much progress in ripping off the chords to Adele songs - I put on the album and listen in awe. Possibly the most talented, relevant and credible musician around today?
 5.
Excellent feedback again thanks mate! I can't wait to try out the filter system, I'm getting mine upgraded to latest preamp with a coil switch on the RFB Humbucker, and blue luminlay LED lights on the frets. All coming to around £1,149
That's nice!
 6. Sold an amp to Matt. Easy, straight forward deal. Paid very quickly on agreeing the deal, did what he said he would when he said he would. Would happily deal with again. Enjoy the amp Matt.
 7.
See??..this is a perfect example of the madness that is the "For Sale" section of this forum..fantastic bass with high quality parts, built properly to a high standard for a very reasonable price and it still hasn't sold...complete madness!! Have a bump..
Thanks - bump
 8.
interested in any trades?
Unlikely as I'm trying to raise cash but feel free to PM me

 10. I've previously met Damon and had a number of PM with Damon, but yesterday was our first deal. Sold a bass to Damon - top guy, did what he said he would. No issues at all and would happily deal with again.
 11. £350 Shipped Great amp, super clean, super powerful. A few marks from use, but all works as it should. 13.
That one only sold a few weeks ago, I think you would have remembered. Pm TheGreek, he is looking for one.
?? - Got mine in a Gumtree trade a couple of weeks ago. The Greek has been in touch!

 15. Thought it was pretty good all round.......
 16.
As an incurable aficionado of all things MIJ, I'm a bit embarrassed to admit I've never owned an SGC Nanyo. Go on,someone flog me one for cheap., A pink one would be nice. Jon.
Ha - the pink one above is mine. Probably not for sale as earmarked for daughter - also must confess I have a doubt over whether it is a MIJ Nanyo, notice the offset pot nearest the bridge. I believe this to be one tell tale sign of a non MIJ version, although I have seen basses quoted as MIJ with this in evidence as well. I also have a SB320 Sunburst one: Similar to this - http://basschat.co.u...llection-sb320/ In fact it may well be that one - could be tempted to part with it.
 17.
I was being ironic....
So was I!
