2. SOLD TC Electronic RH750 and RC4 Footswitch & Midi Lead. I also have the TC Carry Bag - it's a bit patched up but does the job. Details here: http://www.tcelectronic.com/rh750/ http://www.tcelectro...com/rc4-remote/ Both amp and footswitch are in good condition – all works as it should, the odd mark here on the outer case from general use. Has had the upgraded buttons from the original rubbish ones that break or crack (you’ll probably know about this if you are reading this). £550 shipped UK.

7. Sold a cab to Austin - had a nice chat by PM. Helpful, and did what he said he would. Would happily deal with again. Enjoy the cab Austin.
8. What bass were you using? Active bass, with battery all but dead and distorting? If bass is common factor try a new battery in it.
9.
Got a nice Spector-related story for you. Back in 2004, I found a nice blue Spector NS5-CRFM on eBay for a really good price. The seller was in the US, and wouldn't ship internationally, so I had to think of something. I was planning a little holiday in the States in February 2005, so I contacted an online acquaintance of mine in the next town over from where I was staying (Edison, NJ) and asked if she could take delivery of the bass, and I'd pick it up when I got there. So that's what happened. And a year later I married her. That special Spector ended up getting sold about a year later, as we were a bit skint and needed the cash. About a year later, whilst browsing eBay (as you do) a familiar-looking blue Spector showed up, this time for an even cheaper price. Turns out it was my old one, and it was cheap because the truss rod was broken. So I bought it and had it shipped to my in-laws' place in the US. Next time we went over to visit, I made arrangements with PJ to take the bass up to the Spector workshop just outside Woodstock, NY (tiny little town called Saugerties, with a little shop right next door run by a hippie British expat that sells British import food). They replaced the truss rod for me, then and there, for free. Now that's proper customer service, above and beyond the call of duty. And I still have that bass. Never letting it go again.
Great story - show us a photo please! (of the bass)
10. Thank you - will have a play through this right now!!
11.
Hi, what cab(s) did you pair this up with please?
Hello. For rehersal pair it up with a 4 ohm Mark bass TRV102p. For gigs I pair it with 2 x EBS Neo 110s.
12. SOLD Up for sale is my Japanese made, Yamaha TRB-4P. Excellent build quality through neck Japan TRB with Piezo bridge which when dialled in gives added clarity to the overall tone. With original case – bass is in great condition for a 22 year old bass, just one small nick behind the bridge and some small scuffs on the tip of the headstock - see pictures. Serial number dates the bass to 1993 - Copy and paste of the blurb and specs below: Piezo Pickups in Solid Brass Bridge The piezo pickups used on the TRB models use individual bimorphous piezo elements for each string, all built into a specially designed bridge which is machined from solid brass. Figured Maple Body with Thru-neck Construction The TRB-series basses feature figured maple bodies that offer the requisite tone as well as outstanding visual appeal. Neck-thru Models Because piezo pickups directly pick up the resonance of the instrument body, the body itself must be made from the finest woods and designed to deliver rich, deep tone. The neck-thru design of theses basses affords the best possible foundation for this amazing sound. Specs Body: Select Japanese Ash, Neck: Neck through, Maple & Mahogany. 13. I agree and think the pickups are fine, to me the stock pre amp is a bit weak. IMO, certainly the weakest link in otherwise fantastic, very high quality basses.
14. I had an MIJ SB320 that I put a Kiogon loom into. Just a simple Volume, Volume, Tone, Tone set up. Transformed the instrument into an even better bit of kit. Would recommend something along those lines.

My 2 x EBS Neoline 110 cabs are flat and crystal clear. http://www.gear4musi...ker-Cabinet/P34 Also available in 210 format: http://www.ebssweden.com/content/neoline.php On Amps., apologies for the Markbass mention but a MB F1 is the cleanest / flattest I've used.
