1.
Here ya go - this one is in fairly good nick...
Could you do me a deal on the white jumpsuit? Then I could masquerade as a certain Mod too....
 2. Seems people are not taking me seriously on here. 1. A table top would be no good whatsoever 2. Neither would a broken laptop. I am an Artist. P.S. No time wasters please
 3.
Just picked up the new issue, had a flick through and I'm looking forward to reading it. I have one gripe, which occurs regularly; in the review section, there are often reviews where there isn't a picture of the whole bass in one shot. Making it difficult to judge the overall aesthetic of the reviewed bass.
Has been commented on before many times and agree is really irritating. Still the usual bloops as well, if you look at last months Barefaced review it talks about the "silver faced grill" Turn to the photo ...of a black grill!
 4.
Brilliant. You might want to start buying 60W bulbs in bulk too….

Brilliant. You might want to start buying 60W bulbs in bulk too….
Start? Been doing it for years!
 5.
Indeed, they were over here in France yesterday. (Congratulations on keeping the count up to date; I admire your patience. )
Merci
 6. Kanye South-West, a new Rap/Hip-Hop Tribute Band are looking for a Laptop to complete the line-up. Must be pre-loaded with "Bohemian Rhapsody" and swear like a Mother*****r. No time-wasters please.
 7. Both Thunder and the Lightning Seeds are making a quick tour of the UK this evening.
 8. Hmm, next time there's a PJ5 up I'm pulling the trigger, for a fretless project!
 9. It's 60 watts with the Tweeter Box, 45 watts without. But I shove mine through the PA if I need more.
 10.
I am indeed late to the game and thanks for clearing that up.
Yes, this thread is the equivalent of the fridge shelf in Tesco, that they fill with going out of date items 15 minutes before closing!
 11.
Mo Foster and Eddy Grant have just collaborated on a recording of ZZ Top's Cheap Sunglasses.
Well "Ain't no Sunshine" would have been so inappropriate given the current heatwave. Speaking of Heatwave, they are reforming for this week only....
 12.
They must have few of these as I snagged one of these on Monday night and they have still been available since then. Interesting to see if the "damage picture" is just a generic one or if they have a few with the same ding.
I think you'll find that is "D for Deco" and certainly not all Decos have got the stamp. Mine ain't and I know someone with a Fretless acoustic 5 that has not either
 13.
if you pay through paypall there is no charge but i think paypalls exchange rates are a little iffy.. i got sent the invoice from thomann for €19.30 i paid through paypall at what pay pall charge 1 GBP = 1.34425 EUR €19.30 = £14.36 GBP now really the rate should have been... 1 GBP = 1.4059 EUR (or.....1 EUR = 0.71128 GBP...) €19.30 = £13.72 GBP so paypall made 58p off me..just on the conversion i suspect tho that the more it is the less they take as a % on the rate. but no charge as that was taken out of what thoman get not what i sent. so now your probably wondering what on earth you can get from thomann for £14 ???? check it out, check it out,,,,,,THOMANN RULE OK i needed a new midi card for my mackie Hdr24 and a new drive rack for another storage hard drive (the pull out drive bay) RRP= updated midi card €403.68 http://www.thomann.d...erfacekarte.htm Pull out drive bay €109 http://www.thomann.d..._media_tray.htm Thats €512.68 worth of gear i needed for £14....... Yep £14 and they sent it free and paid the paypall fees Im a very Happy Bunny Thanks Thomann, you have helped my beer fund tremendously
How come they did not charge you postage on a total spend of £14? Mind on the savings you have made even with 10 euros postage that was still a bargain
 14. The Ben Fogle Five have just announced a series of gigs in National Forest venues for the Autumn
 15. FIO Just stumbled across this, apologies if it is already known... The Harley Benton basses are made by a company called Saein Musical Instrument Co., who have factories in both Korea and China. Saein was established in 1991 and in 1992 began manufacturing the Epiphone guitars for Gibson. They won "The Best Quality of the Year" award, presented by Gibson in 1998 and 1999. Saein currently are the OEM vendor for Ibanez and Peavey.
 16. Given the earlier post about how Thomann "do" their Decos, maybe the "On Request" means you are putting your name down for one when they become available or as has been said by Andytre , it's just a smokescreen? A PJ for £40 inc postage is very tempting even though I had one while ago and sold it..!
 17. Here's something completely similar from the same stable! (Wish I'd done the headstock the same colour as the body)
 18. Yes, it's mentioned in "The Who at Glastonbury" thread in General Discussion, there's even a close up pic of it.
 19. I know my Mastercard charged me on 55 euros £1.20 so if Thomann are £100-£150 cheaper than others, even at £1000 you are still quids in.
 20.
...and the cows that live in the field have to moooove on up to make room.
Yes, especially now Freddie's dead.
 21.
Curtis Stigers is a majority shareholder of a small poorly funded menagerie in Manhatten where for a small fee, you can also see Curtis's Howler Monkey, Curtis's Armadillo and Curtis's Stick Insect
When asked how Curtis feeds them he tells enquirers, "Come May, I puts them out on a field".
 22. [sub]John West's fortunes changed when he adopted his street name "Kanye" and he started freestylin A retrospective film of his early life in New York (Salmon Fishing in Harlem ) was a box office success, being nominated for a number of Oscars[/sub]
 23.
Reviving this thread, she's holding down Paloma's low end with the same aplomb
Well PF is only tiny!
 24.
When are these ruddy couriers going to start doing such a good job that it's a negligible risk to send anything anywhere? Why should it be at either the seller or the buyer's own risk? Something is rotten about the whole thing. I should be able to send a reasonably packed duck egg via a courier and expect it to be in one piece at the other end AND if it's broken whilst in the possession of the courier then it's THEIR fault - shouldn't need insurance for that.
