1.
If you really want to buy a bass as an investment, look for basses that are under-valued at the moment. Warwick's are where my money would be going at the moment, especially the old German made Corvette Std's. These are selling used for less than the Rockbass equivalent is new. Buy, wait for them to be become popular again and cash in.
My money's on those Flea Basses then...!
2. Buy, Sell or Recycle to Andy with confidence! Great comms too.

5. [sub]The Later lineup was Bonnie R, George Marinelli (Guitar) Jools, Swifty and Gilson on drums from what I can remember. Seen her Tour a couple of times, and Hutch was totally tasteful all gig.[/sub]
6. Yep, he seemed the coolest of them all on the documentary shown over the w/e, and that's not just Bassist bias!
7. Well looks like I'm second here, but you can give me a swerve to someone more worthy! Hope I don't sound too ungrateful? A lantern and a credit card would be much more fun....
8.
sorry, wrong forum
But you are omnipresent so how can you be in the wrong forum...?
9. Spectre Sound in Bingley died quite a few years ago and Bass Gear is down in Tywford near Reading now.
10. Clearly I would not be giving it away for the price of postage if there was not an issue...I have been using it as Tuner for a couple of years now as none of the FX seem to work. Tried reset, volume etc, etc so it's for spares or repair but is a pretty good chromatic tuner as is! Sorry, keeping the wall wart for its replacement! Comes in original box and with manual in case anyone gets it going!
11. Nice deal and no issues, trade with confidence! Yes I know the underline is on but gremlins do not allow me to remove it!!

21. [sup]Same thing happened to me on here, sold a Bass and he put it straight onto eBay at a pretty big mark up and used my photos, without the courtesy of a quick email. Does it sound like sour grapes....?[/sup]
22. Just been to near Reading today for a Wedding and Bass Gear is closeish at Tyford. Last time I went to BG from N Dorset it took me 1.5 hours. They have a good stock but admittedly not low end brands.
